3/25/2010 I am out raged by what you and your party have done and are doing to the freedom of us the people of the United States. We are the victims of your so called health care reform. You did not listen to us the people when the majority said we did not want this monster to become law. Believe me when I say,we will not get use to the idea of this monster bill and you would be wise to let it be repealed and also to step down from congress. We are losing our freedom inch by inch day by day and there is nothing us, the people can do. You do not listen to us.

3/12/2010 Senator Reid: I'm not sure this is the best format to send my message especially with all the others. I wanted to send my deepest regard for your wife and daughter and hopes for a quick recovery from their recent accident. I'm a Floridian, but that doesn't matter, I wish well for your whole family. Sincerely, Marsha

3/1/2010 Senator Reid: I find it appalling that you have played a part in the Roundups of the Wild HOrses and burros. I will be pleased to see your time in office end. Your actions to have Conrad Burns put in secret rider that no one knew about to stop the protection of our Wild HOrses is just plain un American and beyond words I can even print. Have you once concerned yourself with the Roundups and what they are doing to the Wild HOrses and Burros of this Country, which by the way are the horses you say you have too dam* many of. Have to asked the BLM why they cant seem to get a handle on this after nearly 40 years? What part are you all not getting? Other than remove horses and send to slaughter and then replace them with cattle. THose horses are not starving, if they are how is it that cattle are going to be put out there? You are one pathetic person, and should not be allowed to govern over the state of Nevada let alone this country.

1/16/2010 With the coming state election next Tuesday in Massachusetts to fill the vacant Senate seat coupled with the fact that the Democrat candidate is in serious jeopardy of losing the election, I just heard a news report on CNN that the Democrats have an "alternative" plan to pass healthcare form in spite of the strong possibility of losing the 60th filibuster proof vote. That includes "dragging their feet" in Massachusetts by the Secretary of State of Massachusetts(a Democrat)" to certify the election (perhaps 2 weeks) in order for the Democrats in the US Senate to push the vote through during the interim. Having lived in a "banana republic" for 10 years, this reeks of their underhanded tactics! According to the most recent polls, only 39-40% of Americans are supportive of the legislation! The US Congress (House and Senate) are supposed to represent the majority views of their constituents. Does over 50% opposing this legislation not say something to their deaf ears? Those who seem to have lost touch with reality will be reminded of their folly when they face reelection!

12/24/2009 I am writing to urge you not to be the 60th vote in passing the health care reform package the Senate is considering. I support reform that lowers costs while increasing quality of care, not a government takeover of my health care. A massive expansion of the federal government and increasing taxes is NOT the reform we need. Numerous polls show a majority of American’s agree with me. As a long-time Democrat in CA, we've learned that government virtually destroys everything it tries to "fix". My former party has destroyed our entire economy, plundering our once vital prosperity! Our once-Demo household will NEVER VOTE DEMOCRAT AGAIN! Please do what the American people are asking you to do. Vote against this bill! Any vote for Obamacare will be Forever Unforgiven! We will come after every one of you, especially those thrown out of office in 45 weeks, suing you personally for your betrayal of America. You've stood shoulder to shoulder with trial lawyers who parasitically inflate our medical costs and who share their extorted cash with their fifth columnist Demo partners, you. Your Obamacare vote criminally transforms your friends into the richest people in America at our healthcare's expense. You partner with these trial lawyers (a la Edwards) to jointly plunder our people Chicago-style. The People will sue you personally for 10 mil for the damage you do to America by an affirmative vote for Obamacare. All will be held accountable. P.S. Now that my former party has betrayed us, you are Forever Unforgiven. No possibility of reconciliation.

12/24/2009 I see you with your arm around the rest of crooks in the Senate, big smiles on your face. I hope you were using the opportunity to say good bye. You are done as a Senator from Nevada. You used our tax money as if it were monopoly money to buy of other senator, all of whom should be in jail for accepting bribes and you for offering them. You have no dignity, you have ignored the ones represent in Nevada. At the next election we will return the favor and ignore you. Start packing, never before has so few done so much damage to so many.
Mike
12/24/2009 Harry Reid, You are a despicable traitor to the American people. You do not deserve to hold any public office, much less that of a senator. You thoroughly disgust me. Carole Rauf

12/24/2009 Senator Reid, I am not yet on Medicare, however, I see no healthcare improvement by cutting this program. By-the-way, I noticed that you exempted yourself and your fellow legislators from the impact of this bill. Why was that? You no doubt felt if was in your interest to make so many special interest deals to get this bill moved forward, but I felt this way of doing our legislative business was corrupt and deceptive. The back-room/closed-door deals you made reflected the opposite of transparency and openness. Apparently, you have been in the Senate so long that you feel that you work for the Democratic Party or for the President. As a citizen of Nevada, it is clear you do not feel you work for me. I will not forget. This will not fade from memory. TV ads that tell me how much of other people's money you used your lofty position to bring home to Nevadans will not wash this away. Your argument that this is just the way legislation is done, or that this is the "sausage-making you call legislative compromise will not change any minds or hearts. It is not just that you and your fellow legislators are cutting Medicare or that you are creating another expensive government entitlement that we cannot afford; it is also that you seem feel that you are actually clever enough to convince us that you did this for us, not for your reelection or for your party. We are not that naive and uninformed. You have gotten away with Omnibus bills full of earmarks and pork in name of solving some crisis, but you did not do so without notice. You have hidden tax breaks for favored industries in 70,000 page tax codes, but you did not do so unnoticed. You will need to fight very hard for your Senate Seat next year. Respectfully, Ray

12/23/2009 There is no doubt that seniors are taking a hard look at what you are supporting re:Health Care Reform. Any responsible registered voter is doing the same.. A change w/health care is much needed but this non-democratic approach or a Ram it down our throats is something I or others cannot believe is occuring...... Yes everyone is paying attention to our Governments antics....I am a resident of the State of GEORGIA and I think if Nebraska was payed off by the Federal payola for Medicaid, my state should be afforded the same (but not as a bribe) I am sure other states would enjoy the same. Money apparently is no object..Thank You, Delores Tucker

12/17/2009 Health Care Reform: This is not right for the american people. I believe the only group that will benefit from this is the insurance companies. I am currently on medicare and I recieved my supplemental insurance billing and my premiums are increasing. I am asking you to vote no on health care reform. I cabn't even afford my prescriptions because there is no free market. I ask that you vote no on health care reform. I feel your intentions were good in the beginning, but the bill is so weak that it doesn't do anyone any good except for the insurance companies. I feel the bill is just a symbol or status for the president and it has no real value for the American people. I ask you again to vote no on health care reform. Thank you

12/9/2009 Some senators are suggesting that seniors listen to the tv ads and tell their doctors that they want the drugs like Lipator for one. We are not so stupid to think the actors on tv are smarter than their doctors. I use only generic drugs. I have no co pay. I do not believe everything I hear on tv. That includes ads from the government and politicians. I also do not believe all the hype about global warming. There is too much that a convicted felon, a communist and radicals in the white house have to say. Use the stimulus money to pay China back. How about helping jobs. All this spending is doing nothing.
Helen
11/6/2009 I am opposed to your support for this health care reform bill. The public option will leave us with a "Super-Medicare" type plan, and Medicare is already $38 trillion in the red. I support reform... Reform Medicare first!
David
