the worst flight ever, I will never recomment this airline never again the member of this flight was very unhappy, I always travel with is airline but I will not do it any more.This was very bad experience, and it so frustated to call custumer service to help you put they dont do anything for the costumer. I let people know this airline is hopeless you are going to loose businnes.

I have tried for the past three DAYS to reach a live body. I need to check upon my frequent-flyer card. I should have the new one by now, but it still is not here. Every time that I called the Customer Service number, I heard nothing but an automated voice, telling me to hold. I have now "held" for a total of two HOURS and still no way to talk to a person. This so-called "service" STINKS! Now I must leave for the airport ; therefore, I cannot do what the voice suggested "call back at another time," because I have no more time. This situation is outrageous and yet another reason that I do NOT like to fly Continental. I think that it and United are by far the weakest link in the Star Alliance. This doesn't work, Don't waste your time.CONTINENTAL Airlines is one of the WORRST airlines.real bad experience this people are going to loose a lot of businnes , i m going to call my friends to tell them not to use this airline anymore, is so frustated to call custumer servise

CONTINENTAL Airlines is one of the WORRST airlines. I just spent 2 and one half hours fighting with some guy from India who refused to understand my dilema and wanted to charge me 500 more for a ticket because the person who helped me on the net made a mistake. I selected the 7:00 am flight and got the 7:oo pm flight. He was so rude and passive aggressive that he had me screaming at him at after 2 hours of explaining THEIR mistake. So I have a ticket for 540 dollars and they want to charge me 650 dollars more to correct their mistake. I am sick at the rudeness of the staff and calling to India and having to hold for over 1 hour just to talk to someone who can't speak English!

Flew from Edinburgh to EWR 7 /27. Flight was almost 4 hours late in takeoff causing misconnection to Seattle. Barely caught last flight of the day but incurred additional expense that Consumer Desk said SEA would get me a taxi and gave me a meal voucher for $12 for use on the plane.

SEATAC has no Consumer Desk. Flight attendants had never heard of the Food Voucher, and taxi @ 1 a.m. was $45 home.

Please advise.
