I do not remember agreeing to a subscription for County Living. It is certainly not something I would intentionally do, yet I have received a third invoice, even after I replied to the first one (by mail since the company does not have the customer service mentality to include a phone number) stating I did not ask for this magazine, that my name was spelled incorrectly and that I did not want this magazine. I agree to and paid for a subscription to two other magazines around Christmas time 2016. BIG MISTAKE. My name/address has clearly been sold to multiple magazine companies.

I have been a subscriber for 18 years.I renew my subscription by mail and never fail to renew ,however after
paying for the renewal I keep getting notices that my subscription is ending.I know that i have paid twice for the same renewal.Recently,the gift subscriber received the Jan 2017 issue but I didn't and I was the one who paid for it TWICE.If your accounting practices do not improve I will never renew again.How disappointing!!!

I received my Country Living magazine today December 30, 2016. This subscription was renewed in September. The crazy thing is I received a November issue??? I already have the December issue. What is going on with these magazines? I have had problems with my McCall's quilting magazine too. I really don't understand.

12/26/2016 I have paid for Country Living, my check #2222,
I have paid for Country Living, my check #2222, was cashed on 8/16/2016. This was a special offer for $15. I am getting notices that my balance is outstanding. I returned the notice with an explanation that I had paid in November, but I just got another bill for $25.68. This is one of my favorite publications, but I don't like the hassle and will stop subscribing if this doesn't get resolved.

The label on the magazine says it expiresD/J 2018. The website says it expires this year. i also keep getting
renewal bills. I wrote cancel on the last one and sent it in not realising I have paid until 2018. I would just like to keep the subscription until it expires. i will not be renewing it. Please clear this mess up / Thank you.

I subscribed telling a HUMAN that I would only do so if my name was not shared, rented or sold. Of this I was assured. WRONG! I have received truck loads of junk mail addressed to the fake name I gave to Country Living & to Country Living only.

Called and spoke with Carla, an American, and asked that she stop the automatic withdraw for my renewal. She did and sent a conformation email. She was very pleasant and it took less than a minute.
