1/11/2017 Culligan - horrible I am trying to get out of my contract and
horrible I am trying to get out of my contract and they simply won't let me. I was on the phone with customer service who kept giving me the run around and asking something about would I like some off the wall courtesy card I said NO I want my service off then they gave me the run around sending me to their "superious' still did not get anywhere but bills I just want them to stop sending me water if I don't pay it will ruin my credit also I am happy to pay off the water I have but they won't stop sending it

10/10/2016 Culligan - USING CULLLIGAN OUT OF NEWBURGH NY, EACH TIME
USING CULLLIGAN OUT OF NEWBURGH NY, EACH TIME THERE IS A SERVICE FEE OF $500. I HAVE HAD PROBLEMS WITH SALT DELIVERY THIS PAST YEAR. THE FIRST TIME WAS WHEN THEY TOOK SEVERAL MONTHS TO DELIVER WHICH CAUSED ME TO HAVE TO CARRY BAGS OF SALT TO MY HOME. I AM IN MY 70S. THIS RECENT TIME, ONLY TWO BAGS WERE DELIVERED ON 9/13. AFTER CALLING THEIR OFFICE, I WAS TOLD THAT WHEN THEY FINALLY CAME BACK AND DELIVERED THE AMOUNT THAT I HAD ORDERED, THEY COULDN'T DO THAT BECAUSE EACH ORDER HAD A MINIMUM OF 6 BAGS. I ALREADY RECEIVED TWO.I FELT LIKE I WAS SPEAKING WITH AN INCOMPETENT PERSON. EACH TIME THERE IS A SERVICE FEE OF $5.00. WHAT A SERVICE FEE? I QUESTIONED THIS AND I NEVER RECEIVED AN ANSWER OR A CALL BACK. ALSO WHEN ORDERING, I WAS TOLD THAT I HAD TO GIVE A CREDIT CARD NUMBER. I'M NOT DOING THAT. I HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH THIS OFFICE FOR OVER 35 YEARS AND ALWAYS PAID BY CHECK AND I'M NOT ABOUT TO CHANGE THAT. PLEASE ADVISE, NOW I WILL PROBABLY BE CHARGED ANOTHER SERVICE FEE WHEN THEY MADE THE ERROR. PLEASE INVESTIGATE MY CLAIM AND I WOULD APPRECIATE HEARING YOUR REPLY.

10/7/2014 culligan is 2 months over due on replacing the
culligan is 2 months over due on replacing the water filtets in my home. the contract states they will be replaced every year. the water is nasty and dangerous when using yucky filters. culligan tries to wave the fact you have a contract and can't get out of it. WRONG! they must abide by contract also. customer service is AWEFUL!! Avoid Culligan water, THERE ARE BETTER OPTIONS AVAILABLE!!!! THIS IS JUST ONE OF MANY MANY COMPLAINTS!!!!

To whom it may concern,

Actually my comment is more of a complaint rather than a comment. You see the other day Tuesday 10/02/2013 at around 10:30 a.m. when I came arcoss one of your vehicles, which cut me off. Apparently your driver was in a bit of a hurry. I was driving North bound on free way 5, it just so happens we drove in the same direction for quite some time we both transfered on the to the 76 East and later turned left onto College. Now the whole time I was driving I noticed that your driver kept going in and out of lanes cutting one after another driver off. I took a picture of the vehicle just before we parted ways on College. The # to the vehicle is 285597 and the Lic plate # is 6WNM023. I drive for a living so, I would suggest your drive leave earlier so that he has plenty of time to arrive to his destination.

8/30/2011 We bought a Culligan US-EZ under- sink drinking
We bought a Culligan US-EZ under- sink drinking water filter system from the Farm & Fleet store in Moline IL and have been very satisfied with the use of it and the easy installation of new filters, however every so often since we installed it we have puddles of water in the sink cabinet recently there has been enough water to cause concern, I removed the installation and reinstalled it carefully only to find the leak worse and again removed the faucet assembly and in checking found a crack in the faucet stem under the "O"ring groove. We took the faucet assembly back to _Farm and Fleet_ as stated in the 2 year warranty and was told we should contact you that they did not honor anything over 30 days, I have tried several hardware stores to find a replacement for the faucet stem
with no luck,"that is all we need to reinstall our system". Help would be greatly appreciated as we use it daily. Thank you John Boyle Rock Island IL

11/5/2010 Culligan - I purchased a faucet water filter from Walgreen's
I purchased a faucet water filter from Walgreen's two months ago. It was sold under the Walgreen's label, but had Culligan's name the box as mfr. It is now time to replace the filter which I bought at the same time, but I could not unscrew the recepticle in order to put in the new filter. I took my receipt back to Walgreens and explained the problem, and was told that they are not responsible and I need to call a plumber (?).
The manager actually argued with me that I have no recourse, and when I showed one of the employees the shelf that I purchased the from, I was told that they no longer carry that product. Since when is the customer always wrong, and what happened to customer service? Now I am left with a new cartridge I can't use, and a worthless piece of junk.
I would like a letter from you approving a refund for the unused, unopened cartridge. When asked why they're still carrying them, I was told that people who already have the filter need the replacement cartidges. Any help you can give me will be appreciated. Thank you.
