I have never dealt with such incompetence as with Dell. Long story but I will try to shorten it. I ordered a tv. Did not arrive on scheduled day. I called and was referred to their shipping company, Pilot. After many transfers the representative told me the 42 inch tv had been LOST. I called D ell back and they wanted to send me another one. I told them to just cancel the order. I had charged the tv to my Master Card and told them to have the charge removed. That occurred almost four weeks ago. Today I received my Master Card statement and the charge was still on there. I called Dell and after being g transferred five times I talked to someone who said they were researching this and would get back to me. This is pure incompetence or an illegal scam to keep your money. I wouldn't buy anything from Dell again. Please go anywhere else if you need to purchase something.

I was denied credit from Dell and they told me to call MDG Direct so I called there and was told sec depostit was 150.00 and they never said how much a month on my unit. and then dell called me about a person who was approived he lived in my building that had my name on account with him I said no sorry I am not responsable for his account and hung up never called me again. Anyhow Love EasyHome no sec dep req. I been with them for almost 3 yrs now. I got HP desk top and laptop and home theater. My desk top will take longer then my Home theater and my laptop as well. I am on 26 week contract for HP Tower. I love easyhome cause they have to fix what ever is been reported for free while on my contract.

Dell Financial Services Canada is full of a bunch of high school kids. When they call you, all you can hear is people laughing and talking to one another in the background. When you call, they mute their mic when you are talking. These people do not listen to s single thing ANYONE say's. I asked them 10 times to send me an account statement or an invoice. They stated they do not do this. I asked them what kind of business does not give a receipt of payment. If you walked into any other business and made a payment, be it retail, or a monthly payment THEY GIVE YOU A RECIEPT.

I also cannot help but notice I’ve been paying off my 700 dollar computer for 4 years...yet somehow I OWE them more money than the initial loan. I would also like to note I have not received a single account statement or invoice, in both the regular mail or email. Dell Financial Services Canada tells me that i can look at all this information online, the only issue in doing that is I DO NOT HAVE AN ACCOUNT NUMBER BECAUSE I WAS NEVER GIVEN ANY PAPERWORK (after my computer was dropped off, 4 years ago)

I hate this company, and their products. They fall apart, their staff treat you like garbage, and they do not practice honestly.

I will be taking my complaints to the local medial, as well as the better business bureau.

I have tried to reset my password online, but the emails never go through. SO when I call Dell Financial Customer Service, I get agents in India that I cannot understand. They transfer me to the fraud department, who tell me that I have to talk to customer service. It's a three ring circus and I will never use Dell Financial Services again!

1/30/2012 Dell Financial Services - Dell made a double withdrawl out of my account
Dell made a double withdrawl out of my account without my permission. I called on Jan 20/2012 and explained the situation to them. They could not understand the problem and after arguing with them for about half an hour they finally transferred me to a supervisor who was just as bad and understanding English as the rest of the people i talked to. I spoke to a few people that were Canadian and they could not understand. They have been calling me dailly since then and keep asking the same dumb questions and i have been told that a supervisor would call me back and i am still waiting. Customer service has to rank as one of the worst of any company that i have ever dealt with. It is just annoying to know that a company has hired so many stupid and ignorant employees that have no clue in the world of how to use commonsense.

I don't have my acct number but I just received a letter that was mailed from the states to me and its dated OCt 26, I am cyrrently deployed and thought that this acct was being taking care of by my significant other. I have purchased 3 Dell computers, 2 desktops earlier this year in April and May. I had problems with both but one in particular was messed up bad. Dell jacked me around so bad that I went to Microsoft and asked them to help me with Windows 7 re-install and Office 2010 re-install, which I had purchaed from Dell. Microsoft told me I had the wrong codes and I would have to go back to Dell. Went back, same crap as before. NO SUPPORT what so ever. I had to change out my Hard drive and re-purchase all the software because of the cheap ass Dell wouldn't provide me with any anwers nor support. NEVER, NEVER, NEVER buy a Dell computer unless you want to get ripped!!! I bad mouth them to everyone I can and at every opportunity I can. By the way, all the reps are in India, not the USA so be prepared for that also.

If DELL would have trained English speaking employees, things would not be so messed up. I got my paperless statement today and can not make the full payment as I wish. Last time I did paperless payments, they had me owing money, when in fact it was paid in full. I finally got a lady who helped me out and my next statement showed $000.00. I print all my statements out and keep them as a record. I am paying my printer off in full and hope to not have to deal with them again.

I have contacted tech support concerning a problem downloading adobe. The gentelman asked me to purchase a hardware warranty. As I have already purchased a software warranty I thought he could help me. He kept telling me I would benefit from a hardware warranty. When I asked if this was a hardware problem he just reassured me I would benefit a hardware warranty. I asked if he could help without contacting hardware and he assured me I could benefit with a hardware warranty. I finally asked if this is a hardware problem or a software problem. He assured me I could benefit from a hardware warranty. Never once did I get a "yes" or "no" to any of my questions. Hard sell does not float with me and I finally said goodbye.

I would appreciate an answer from someone! Thanks Patty
