7/23/2010 DHL express is unreliable! I was expecting a delivery yesterday, the DHL guy came by and drop off a piece of paper for brokage fee. I wasn't home at the time, so my family took the paper. I called DHL and made a CC payment over the phone after I got back home from work. I was assured by their CSR over the phone that their driver would come back again today with my parcel. Got home after work this afternoon, and my family informed me that NO DHL delivery today! I got on the internet and tracked my parcel on DHL site, its showing that my parcel status as "recipient refused delivery" !!!!! WHAT the hell!!!What kind of service is this? You took my money and then refused to make delivery????

6/26/2010 Wow, after finding out that a parcel was refused by the customer and shipped back to the place where we bought it from, we tried to contact DHL to turn the shipment around, especialy since the customer never actually even received a phone call from DHL. Now I get a "mailbox full" reply on the customer service line?? What's going on here? Like the comment above, I have to google to find a customer service number, unbelievable in this day and age...

6/17/2010 Wow, this is so annoying that I had to use a google search to find these guys phone number. Way to make things difficult for your customers, DHL.
