The worst service I have ever gotten from a company. Not sure how they stay in business. I deal with manufacturer and business every day and have never run across such messed up customer service. Will never order a Dooney again. Pretty sad for such a big business.

I have bought a Disney Dooney and Bourke handbag from a 100% seeker on EBay and I am really disappointed because the gold rivet has already come off and it's been used ONCE. I have contacted D & B 5 times and they have ignored all my emails so far. I will not let this matter drop. I am so disappointed with the quality of the bag.

I purchased a Dooney coated vinyl bag about 3 years ago in Ellenton, Florida. I don't know the name of the bag but it has Dooney emblems with different colors with a black back ground. I also have the matching wallet. I just took it out of its storage bag that came with the bag and the black is all faded and powdery looking as is the wallet. I have tried to clean it with a soft cloth and mild soap and it looks horrible. For what I paid for these items this should not happen. Customer service is no help.

I HAVE CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE AT LEAST (6) TIMES & ALL I GOT WAS A RUN AROUND NOW IT IS DEC.20 2014 THIS WAS SURPOSE TO BE A CHRISTMAS PRESENT BUT AT THIS TIME I DONT THINK THAT I WILL GET IT ON TIME FOR CHRISTMAS. Customer service us absolutely the worst of any company I have ever dealt with. Never order
anything you. Think you may want in the near future because it is not going to happen. Ordered one bag, supposedly in stock..waited and waited no email as to when I could expect bag. After 1/2 wait was told it was on back order. Since this was a gift item, I ordered a different bag. I was assured it was in stock and she set it up to be sent UPS asap. I was assured I would receive an email about the cancellation. I have never received an email about new purchase, cancellation or the bag that was recently purchased and sent in because a rivet pulled loose when trying to adjust strap. Was told to send in for replacement. I sent in UPS, insured and through tracking know they received. I never heard anything. After several emails I finally get an email back telling me if I got an email back saying that if I received the email then they got my email and they would followup if deemed necessary. Have not heard back about purchase or replacement. For a supposedly quality company, they treat their customers very shabbily. The canceled sale still shows open on my account.

I received a Dooney & Bourke NINA handbag from my adult children 2 years ago, for my 70th birthday...My friend called to my attention that the leather was looking worn...when I got home, I also, saw that it was worn. I called & asked what could be done considering the price being $255.00, plus tax, was purchased at Macy's I believe. I was instructed to send it back to them in Norwalk, CT, which I did, to the cost of $11.65 for insurance & return receipt...When I called to see if they made any decision, I was informed that they would give me $127.00, towards the cost of another bag that must cost at least $255.00!!! Nothing I said, could convince them that I thought this was not the proper way to handle a customer, &, that I do not spend that type of money on a product that doesn't last a few years. I told them to send the bag back to me, so I could donate it to Good Will. Also, asked about a refund for the shipping costs. I was told to send the receipt to them &, I would get reimbursed for the cost. That's where I am now...waiting for my bag, &, refund...I am not a happy Senior Consumer for Dooney & Bourke...&, according to the other comments, there are many that are also, not happy about this company...

I called customer service to get 2 small rivets that had come off my bag. They will not sent out anything. The purse must be returned to them for repair. Shipping, etc is at my expense. It is not worth the cost of sending in for 2 rivets. Disappointed that I could not order them. The customer service rep would not budge an inch.

I have the Nylon North/South Triple Zip and love it! I have difficulty walking and use a cane. Thus, I use this little bag to carry my cell phone in to prevent droppping it. I received and registered it the 26th of July and have noticed a small area on the botton of the bag where the seam wasn't sewn far enough in and separated!
Needless-to-say,I am so disappointed and hope to get this resolved asap!
Do absolutely love your products!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
