4/19/2016 DX Secure delivered my passport to a stranger -
DX Secure delivered my passport to a stranger - not to my address or to any of my neighbours - then defrauded the signature by putting my name, and allowing the stranger to sign for it. No idea where my passport is now, but it was in an envelope with my address on it so thanks DX "secure", you've given someone everything they need to steal my identity, handed out my confidential documents to a stranger, defrauded the system in place to keep this from happening, and unless this is corrected immediately, will have also cost me my place at university in Australia, and the thousands of dollars I've already paid to enrol there. Then again, with all that free time I'll have not attending uni, I can focus on suing you. Swings and roundabouts.

What kind of business are you, make an appointment for one of your couriers to come and collect passport for the following week, no show but you took my money quick enough. The amount of money your company must make from customers that are put on hold at 7p per min you would think you are able to get customer service about right. I would say your customer service needs a great deal of looking at, after all WE the customer are the ones paying your wages..............!

10/28/2015 I have tried several times today to contact dx
I have tried several times today to contact dx on 0844-770-1525 only to be advised by a re-recorded message that no one is available to take the call. Also reported on the web site that there is a high volume of calls. As dx is the only way a person can have their documents delivered to the US Embassy it is very frustrating not being able to contact anyone. Why don't you have a system in place that allows a person to make a booking for a collection and delivery via the internet? Thank you

6/27/2015 Very disapointed with the service from DX
Very disapointed with the service, next day delivery usually means next day. Our good have been dispatched on 25 and we are still waiting for these to arrive. This has impacted on our business and our customers to the extent that we have now incurred additional costs and a posibility of losing a contract.
