I'll never buy Dymo again. I accidently changed off the default English Language setting and can't go back. I need support, but since I can't reach support, I'll simply return the Dymo LetraTag to Wal-Mart and get my money back.

8/7/2012 Although I was expecting to get nowhere in my efforts to fix
my DYMO LetraTag labeler Tape Jam because A) the online user guide
troubleshooting section didn't help me B) I also didn't initially find
any complete phone numbers to call(as previously mentioned above)&
C)my e-mails with their Help Desk fizzled out,I was very pleasantly surprised
to reach Tiffany at the Customer service # listed above (1-877-724-8324).
What's more, she kindly heard me out, arranged to have a new labeler sent out to me FedEx Ground & gave me a shipment tracking reference # for this new labeler.
Thank you Tiffany & DYMO!

6/7/2012 Dymo - Whoever is in charge of the customer
Whoever is in charge of the customer service/support system needs to be replaced? This is by far the sorriest service I have ever seen. I have tried the following without success:
Over one hour on hold for customer service, Chat where I got dropped,
Requested RMA in email that was not answered,
Phone call to Corporate office to Dymo Manager. Got voice mail.
Tried technical support and refuse to pay $38.00 for service.

Dear Sir or Madam
We have a Dymo Rhino 6000 that has had about seven label cassetts run thru. The print is faint and spotty. I have tried to clean the print head with the supplied tool but there has been no change. Can I clean the head with denatured alchol? If the problem is not a dirty print head would you please advise me as to what actions to take.

Thank you for any assistance

Worst company I have ever had to deal with. They do not list their numbers completely on the sites and hang up when you call their main office. I have a machine for less than 4 months I cannot get to work but am unable to contact anyone to help. E-mails do not work.
