1/24/2017 I purchased several ematic action cam (EVH625BL)
I purchased several ematic action cam (EVH625BL) for my grandchildren for Christmas. The store where I purchased these had a special the day after Thanksgiving; and do not keep these in stock. I contacted the customer service where I purchased these and was told that I could not write a review because it is NOT on their website. So what am I to do to get the free wall charger and USB cable? I can't get anything without a review.

I just received my tablet the first week of august. It is my first tablet and I hope it holds Up well to r igorious usage. I play games, and use it like a diary.

5/1/2016 Ematic - I've been waiting over a month on a repair ticket.
I've been waiting over a month on a repair ticket. I initially contacted Ematic on March 28, 2016 to report a broken wristband for my 3 month old TrackBand. I have copied the only response I received from customer response that same day. They have gone far beyond 24 hours in responding to my inquiry. I have a receipt, this was a Christmas present and worn by a middle-aged woman, so there was not a lot of heavy use with this band. I believe the quality of the plastic band was lacking. Below is a copy of the email from Ematic:

worst company ever i cant believe i buy a ematic fun tab 2 for my grand daughter and the charging port was not working ok so i have to pay 35 dollars to get it fixed fine but than after receiving it my daughter tells me it is not charging. charging port never fixed and I paid 35 dollars for what for nothing they never fixed it and I am so mad. thinking about getting a lawyer anyone knows a good lawyer to sue the heck out of this ocmpany they are bull shit artist tells u what you want to hear and they never fix anything. I have a grand daughter that is 3 years old asking for her tablet that she used to love playing games but now what to do? so call a supervisor will call me within 48 hours ya ok Im not holding my breathe

Bunch of crap. Can't get any help because of no receipt. My handicapped daughter got a funtab 2 for Christmas and now it does not turn on. Now she can not play on it. Your company is just money hungry. Does not care for people or special children.
