I called on the 17th of June and after talking to an auto voice, I finally was able to get through to one of your representatives. She was very nice and helpful. After our conversation I was asked to give a review of how the representative handled my concerns. I hung up. Not because of the representative from customer service because she was great. But I was so disgusted with the auto voice. It is very difficult to get through to a live person. Also the eservice site is even more difficult to deal with.

This is the most frustrating account that I have ever tried to pay on line. It took me 45 minutes to find correct gap site to pay bill then they didn't recognize my email address and password which I had written down so I know it was correct. Had to start over like a new customer. I have been charged late charges in the past because by the time I got payments posted it was the next day after due date. Thanks to another upset customer they gave the correct site to go to, to pay bills for Gap. This information should be stated on our statements and not just say Pay-on-line at eservice gap.com. When this card is paid off, will never use again.

Your customer service (or lack thereof) is extremely frustrating and totally unacceptable. I can't register because your system doesn't recognize my social. Why do you provide a customer service number when there actually isn't any service available? I will pay my bill the old-fashioned way by writing a check, but it will be the last check I write to you until I receive some customer service.

I was issuued a Gap card buy your outlet store. They told me i was applying for a store discount card and then issued me a credit card while a lined formed with only one cashier on board during Christmas shopping season. She told me that I could pay on line and cancel card. I paid and the was not able to cancel the card before I was sent a bill for Late fees AFTER I had paid my bill on line and ws shown a ZERO balance. I need these charges reversed and I have now canceld my card without being given a LIVE person to talk to.

I am getting an automated call everyday on my cellphone. I have already had trouble with both my Gap and Banana Republic credit cards (I don't get e-mails about the paperless bill..., then find out I have a late payment...) So I haven't been using the cards for months. I refuse to shop at either store now because of their credit cards. I used to use the cards all the time because of the rewards. I would cancel the card but it will probably affect my credit which was much better before the late payments... before that my credit was clean as a whistle. I am sick of getting these phone calls. NO MORE SHOPPING AT GAP OR BANANA REPUBLIC FOR ME.
