I've setup phone service with Flash and they won't accept payment. they keep telling me it's the back and the bank shows the decline payment now we're without phone service. they don't have an app for their service either!

My card went bad, and that was the trick I used. I agree the web service is not there at all. call and ask to start a new phone. You will get results. I was up and running in 5 min.

Yes CUSTOMER SERVICE Atrocious--never answer--turned off phone on Christmas day

left me on hold for over an hour never came back called from another line they answered in 40 minutes

PHONE--many options do not work

the phone is PREPAID--visual voice doesn't work etc--other apps as well do not work

Wanted to Sell More Phones for this Company and Make residual Income

HOW CAN I OFFER SERVICE TO MY HAPPY CUSTOMERS--if they will get screwed around like this

After waiting being on hold for 45 plus minutes. While on hold I attempted to text to chat. I was received a notice to hold as well. Finally after 45 plus minutes, a very great customer services representative address my need within 3 minutes!!! Flash Wireless there has to be a better way!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Flash Wireless is the absolute worst service provider I have ever encountered. Their customer service is awful, they take your money and give you disgraceful cellphones and terrible reception in addition to not giving refunds when refunds are due. All around, I could not be more disappointed.

I am not satisfied with the service provided to me. My phone is temporarily disconnected due to a different card number. I have been trying since last night (August 28, 2014) to get in touch with someone, and all I got was a menu to enter the card number and press zero to repeat the message. It's frustrating because the system of course does not recognize the new card and I cannot go beyond that.
Just as simple as that and yet I cannot get any help.
