I know exactly what you are talking about when it comes to Golden Rule Health Insurance and United Health One (one and the same). I made the mistake of trying to purchase "GAP" one month coverage to be effective 12/1/15 through 12/31/15, as I had my regular coverage with Coventry starting on 01/01/16. I went through e-health, and thus began the nightmare with Golden Rule. I applied for insurance on the 16th of November 2015, cancelled on November 17, 2015 because I found a better price Gap coverage elsewhere. I have sent notice of my cancellation to Golden rule via mail: 7440 Woodland Drive Industrial, Indianapolis, IN, and these crooks still keep charging me today. I had to close my Wells Fargo Account because GOLDEN RULE attempted to put in a transaction in the amount of $1,098.11, on 1/29/16, a full month after a one month coverage I never had. I finally got a number from e-health for Golden Rule (877) 604-0569, and they have me in their system, Yet I never received any policies, or ID cards, and to top it off I only signed up for a one month GAP policy!! But here, is the kicker, they actually told me they were too busy to talk to me right now and call back some other time.. FAIR WARNING STAY AWAY FROM GOLDEN RULE!!!!!!! The only way to contact GOLDEN RULE is through your State's Insurance Commissioner's office which in Georgia is: Ralph Hudgens (404) 656-2070. I have never contributed to these forums, but I do not anyone else to experience the Nightmare I have had with Golden Rule Health Insurance.

2/11/2014 Golden Rule - I have been trying to contact GR about paying my monthly premium
I have been trying to contact GR about paying my monthly premium.After calling numerous amounts of times, could NEVER get through to talk to a "live" person. I even called my insurance man and he could not get thru to them. All i want to do is pay my bill. This has been going on since 12/20/13. Now they say Im terminated from the policy and I have in my possesion a letter dated Oct 15 2013 stating my policy was good till 12/4/2013 and they say I was terminated back in Oct 2013.My insurance man spoke to a lady there named Wendy and she was supposed to call me. Well that has not happened yet, he got thru to her Thurs 2/6/2014 , and today is 2/10 /2014. Is Wendy really that busy , so she cant call ME? Doubt it ! Myself , my wife (who is pissed at me) and my daughter need to know what the @#!?% is going on with this policy and soforth. I work hard all day and dont have the time to "hang" on the phone all day by always call back when the auto answer will hang up on your call after 20 min of being on hold. Thats why I called my insurance man about this in the first place.
