It pains me to rate Golf Buddy so low, but I must agree with the other comments that have been made. My home course totally changed over a year ago and so far Golf Buddy has NOT updated anything, hence the GPS is worthless on my home course. Up until about two years ago you could call Golf Buddy and they were outstanding that is why I hate to rate them so low now. I know they get a lot of calls but most of the time they can answer questions or help someone within minutes. To say their customer service is bad is incorrect, THEY HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE PERIOD!!

I tried to contact a service rep by phone on how to make my golfbuddy wt5 pick up the satellite signal again . It just searches. It worked like my other two wt5 s but all of a sudden it just shows searching symbol. This is the 5th golfbuddy we have purchased but doubt if I will buy any more because of the poor service. Why don't you have a person I can talk to on the telephone?

It's as if they don't want to help anyone. I've had it serviced in the past and never had any trouble like this.

1/17/2017 Received a new Golf Buddy CT2 as a Xmas gift. I
Received a new Golf Buddy CT2 as a Xmas gift. I have yet to use it on a golf course. Upon connecting with my MacBook I received a message, "invalid Serial Number". After sending three emails over two weeks to them on the prescribed forms they make available to you, I have yet to receive a response. I have dealt with numerous companies in the past and this company's service is the absolute worst that I have experieced. In effect it is non-existent. I caution anyone considering purchasing a product from this company to reconsider. You are on your own. Zero assistance. I am now taking steps to return this product and purchase a replacement from a reputable company.
