Customer Service does NOT exist - HORRIBLE. I moved from the original location of purchase and have not been able to figure out how to credit my account for the original amount for 2 purchases that I was unable to use. Any directions, or lack of directions provided on your account page are totally worthless and to actually locate a Customer Service POC without googling GROUPON was fruitless. It blows my mind how a company representing other companies can take your monies and then disappear. Now finding this sight, I am not surprised it is not readily associated to the sales page, but would HIGHLY recommend that all customer comments, good and HORRIBLE be accessible on 1 page / linked. Maybe these comments wont sway some, but at least buyers will be informed.

I purchased 6 tickets , which in reality I only needed 1. id like to be reimbursed for my 140.00 since I will not be using the rest of the vouchers, I emailed yesterday, and I stillhaven't heard back, I called this am, stayed on the phone for 32 mins to be told my Jen/Kim , that my purchase, had to be cancelled within 3 days. how is that when on Friday is when I used one voucher, which I only needed for 6 teens. this is very bad service. I wasn't given and reassurance by either person Jen/kim on the phone, now I need to wait 24-72 hrs to hear from the corporate office, I tried calling this 312-676-5773, it seems to be off the hook, because it states that its busy. im very upset at this whole situation. how do you expect to have returning customers if you don't speak to them personally, very bad customer service. ill be waiting for my phone call. I guess people only write a comment when they are upset but I am going to change that.
I was having trouble printing a voucher so I called the customer service number. My call was answered in less than 30 seconds. I talked with a most helpful and positive representative named Fred. He solved my problem immediately (assured me he would send me what I needed via e-mail) and my transaction with Groupon was very successful.
I will say that it took me a good while to get the phone # (1-888-664-4482) but once I called my problem was handled in a very timely fashion. However, I did need to talk to a real person. Nothing worked when I tried to use the FAQs etc. on their website.
Hopefully the e-mail will come and I will continue to be a Groupon fan.

Very poor customer service. I ordered a Fitbit Blaze Band and when I received my item the band was for a Fitbit Alta which a totally different item altogether, I called and was told they would send me a shipping label via e:mail so I can return the item but when I asked when they would mail me out the correct item that I ordered I was told that they couldn't do that, that I would have to reorder the item again. So now I have to wait for Groupon to receive the item back before my credit card will be credited back for the amount I spent. So now I have to wait over two weeks before I get my money back. Won't be buying from Groupon anymore in the future.

9/12/2016 Groupon and Kevcor Moving in Birmingham are both
Groupon and Kevcor Moving in Birmingham are both awful. Kevcor advertises that they are insured. We assumed that Groupon would not allow fraudulent advertising, but they certainly do. We have $3000 in furniture and mattress damage and NO ONE is helping us. Groupon has been contacted 7 times by email since we cannot get them on the phone. They do not respond except with a computer generated answer that is not related to our issue.
Kevcor cannot be reached either. They are first rate liars. This has been going on 2 months!
Stand behind what you sell Groupon! Do something to protect the customers you sell to.

Been trying to contact Groupon for two months regarding Kevcor Moving in Birmingham, Al. They advertise that they have insurance, but after $3,000 worth of damage to our furniture and mattress, we realize they are NOT insured.
Groupon takes no responsibility for allowing fraudulent advertising on their site. I have sent Groupon 7 emails and they do nothing. Occasionally, they send a computer generated response that is not related to our issue.
Kevcor has never responded except for run-around lies. Never do business with these people.

Groupon is the WORST!!! Their merchandise is junk and rarely accept returns. They keep your credit card on file and take FULL advantage of it, with no recourse. I've had both services and merchandise purchased, processed, and shipped to addresses other than mine. Despite who you speak to, within their company, alerting them of fraudulent activity, it goes ignored. You have to close the credit card they have on file and file complaint with an outside consumer source, which is a headache. It's impossible to opt out of subscription/e-mails from them. My last experience, I purchased an Apple product advertised as unlocked and brand new, sold with a 30 day "no question" return policy. (Anyone can shrink wrap a new box) I was stuck with an iPad that no one could repair and out $ 360.00 It is similar to involvement with a cult. You may think you're saving a few bucks, but it will cost in the long run.

I applied a promo code on these purchased items but you guys did not honor it nor send me a courtesy note that you did not apply the promo code. the promo code is 6073519593797072; you guys even asked for the pin number. That's why I thought that the promo went through. Thank God I was able to adjust my orders to one item, most of them were indicated two quantities. Can you please adjust your records accordingly and advise me of the promo code or someone email or call me for this order.
