I bought a land scalping item 1001492859 mod #hd28936agb, id 2000. The plug on the end is the worst design I have ever seen. from china.....quit importing all that junk from china....if it's not made in the usa don't sell us their junk......we send them our recycle stuff and they make junk out it and sell it back to us at an outrageous price. it was all my fault as I did not see it was made in china.....never again will I make this mistake again....every toy is now made in china that may last for a day or two before it falls apart..Good old Tonka made in the USA that lasted for years and years. I buy a lot of stuff from home depot but it they keep selling this crap from china ..all I can say see ya later alligator. go gators

I have a hampton ceiling fan model #52a4hr4L, the fan works, however, I need the light fixture with the brains inside, I went to home depot and they don't carry the light fixture or the kit. I talked to a home depot online rep and she stated that they had it but theirs was with the pull, mine has the remote do you have just the light fixture with the brain inside.

8/11/2016 Hampton Bay Lighting - Some years ago my wife bought 3 packages of 3
Some years ago my wife bought 3 packages of 3 Hampton Bay linkable under-cabinet portable lights from Home Depot. The lights worked OK but the mounting system was MUCH WORST than POOR. I was shocked at how poor the materials were. The first bag of screws and fittings fell apart in my hands getting only one of the three lights up. More specifically the j mounts were all eaten up by the machine that produced them. They also were poorly made with what appeared to be sub-grade materials which regularly resulted in splitting at the screw hole. Also the screws were made of such a soft metal they stripped often after the first time they were unscrewed. To get the four lights up I had to take the J mounts from two packages of three plus two additional mounts from the third package. That is seven pairs of J mounts to install 4 lights. After the installation, the J mounts would often break. I replaced them with the two pairs of J mounts I had left. I now have 5 lights, never out of the package, and one of the four under-cabinet lights hanging by a cord..

Me and a representative from Home Depot handling Customer Service for Hampton Bay called their subcontractor, Lights of America's Service Dept today and they said they charge $3.95 for a pair (2) of these poor quality mounts. No exaggeration, these could not have cost more than a few cents to make. Poor quality and outrageous pricing ! What happened to customer service and monitoring quality?

8/10/2016 Hampton Bay Lighting - I bought three ceilings fans. The switch control
I bought three ceilings fans. The switch control has gone out on two of them. The model number on the control part is MR77A . The fan is UPC#082392681562. I know it is this part because I have taken it off of the working fan and put it on the fans that do not and they worked. Can you send me replacement parts? Is there an issue with this part that they only last a year? Thanks in advance for any assistance you can offer.

7/31/2016 Hampton Bay Lighting - Bought a Ceiling fan for a bedroom two years ago.
Bought a Ceiling fan for a bedroom two years ago. This year while dusting the arm broke with a swifter. Thought it might be a defect because it really wasn't that old. Tried to find the manufactures number because I have the model number 52DC10 off the fan motor and having a terrible time trying to get the replacement part. Called the number I thought was the manufacture , but to be sent to Home Depot and then the biggest run around I ever had. Was on the phone so long it said they were closed and to call back another day. Wow - Maybe I should just junk this one.

6/8/2016 Hampton Bay Lighting - I have a Hampton ceiling fan - model # 750 809.
I have a Hampton ceiling fan - model # 750 809. (pull chains)
The fan works great, but am having a problem with the light.
It goes on, but shorts out. I love the fan and don't want to
replace the whole unit - is there a new light kit available or
parts for the one we have.

10/1/2015 Hampton Bay Lighting - Had some difficulty getting a proper direct phone
Had some difficulty getting a proper direct phone number, however ended up after 3 tries, at the Home Depot service center. Carolyn, the contact there was most helpful, handled my problem very efficiently, found the correct part for my patio fan / light and will expect delivery 7-10 days.
