1/28/2016 HEB Grocery - heb spring branch tx location is the BEST.
heb spring branch tx location is the BEST. employees are friendly, courteous, and know where everything is. will go out of there way to help you. managers are also the BEST. they will stop and answer questions about finding something in store. they work as hard as everyone else. this store is sooo clean and neat. the custodian employees keep entire store looking great, including sparkling restrooms. people, if you are disappointed with your store or a big name chain, come here. "dare to compare." i would like to see if it is possible to open an heb warehouse . combining both sams and costco into one huge warehouse. thanks again. keep doing what you're doing. accolades to all the employees at heb plus, spring branch tx.

7/7/2015 HEB Grocery - If you plan to remodel the BELLAIRE store does
If you plan to remodel the BELLAIRE store does that mean you will not put a larger store in the Braeswood area?
I know you have a JV's off Fondern, which I would not patronize, and heard that an HEB like the one on Bissonet would not be supported by the area.
There are only Beldens, Kroger and Randalls on this end of the area. Bissonet is a special trip store.

I would like to say that the store brand coke u sell needs to go nation wide in sales. The reason is the fresh ,almost fruity flavor that it has,or......more like my child hood memories of the chewing on sugarcane. What ever the secret ??!! ..... Don't change it.

4/11/2014 HEB Grocery - HEB has taken over the Central Market Organic
HEB has taken over the Central Market Organic line, only to bring in food from foreign countries. Organic Quinoa from Peru, Organic Celery and cheese from Mexico, Organic and Natural Beef from Australia and Uruguay, Organic Grocery items from Canada loaded with additives and preservatives. The prices are higher than American-made products. Whoever your Organic Buyer is, they are selling out your organic buyers. Organic buyers know food and put the money into organics because they do not want all the bad things that are in the non-food food HEB sells all the time.

9/4/2013 HEB Grocery - HEB in San Antonio on Valley High Drive - 2 Id's to purchase wine coolers?
This comment is in reference to an incident that happened at an HEB in San
Antonio located on Valley High Dr. My son is and daughter-in-law were purchasing wine coolers and showed the appropriate identification to prove they were old enough to purchase alcoholic beverages. However, the clerk felt the need to call her supervisor who after verifying my daughter-in-laws age on her driver's license, then asked for her military ID. When asked the reason, she was told it is the state law. I wanna know what state she's referring to since I am a convenience store manager and have taken the TABC test and that is not the law.. The form of ID preferred when purchasing age restricted products is a state issued ID or license, any state as long as the ID is not expired. That is preferred over a military ID so I don't know what the problem was that day. Obviously someone needs to be retrained. This store is in a military town, so out of state driver's license should be nothing new. Needless to say, none of my family will shop at that HEB location anymore and we will spread the word.

7/24/2013 HEB Grocery - THE H.E.B. IN TAYLOR CARRIES SOME OF THE MOST
THE H.E.B. IN TAYLOR CARRIES SOME OF THE MOST HORRIBLE AND NO TASTE FRUITS AND VEGETABLES. WHY CANNOT IT NOT
BE TEXAS FARMERS OR AT LEAST AMERICAN AND NOT CHILE OR SOUTH AFRICA. YOU HAVE ON TV TEXAS PRODUCE AND IT
IS VERY SELDOM IT IS IN TEXAS. IT IS FOREIGN COUNTRIES. YOU NEED TO IMPROVE THE PRODUCE. WAL-MART IN TAYLOR
HAS BETTER PRODUCE,
THE REASON WE CONTINUE TO GO TO THE TAYLOR STORE IS THE PHARMACY IS VERY NICE AND VERY GOOD TO US. YOU HAVE
EXCELLENT EMPLOYEES IN THE PHARMACY. I HOPE YOU APPRECIATE THEM.
WHY DO YOU CATER TO SPANISH AND NOT TO THE MIDDLE CLASS PEOPLE. YOU NEED TO CATER TO THE EDERLY AS WE ARE
LIVING ON A LIMITED INCOME. TAYLOR IS A TOWN WITH ALOT OF EDERLY. NO BRAND NAMES. YOU TRY TO FORCE US TO
USE YOUR BRANDS. YOU NOW HAVE CLOSE PARKING FOR CUSTOMERS WITH CHILDREN. HOW ABOUT THE EDERLY WHO FIND IT
HARD TO WALK FROM SO FAR. THE MUSIC IS HORRIBLE.
IF WE HAD A CHOICE I WOULD NOT USE TAYLOR'S H.E.B.

2/12/2013 HEB Grocery - well, i wanted to make a suggestion about opening
well, i wanted to make a suggestion about opening a heb store nearer to home. when i got into the question and answer section, it required a deposit of cash value. I think it is rude to charge for answering a question or making a suggestion that could benefit heb. I would love it if heb had a store in hillsboro,tx. Wal mart has a store I dislike shopping in but is closer to home. I have heard so many of my friends make the same comments and sometimes people i don't know. heb would be very welcome there.

1/30/2013 HEB Grocery - Here in San Antonio HEB practices something called
Here in San Antonio HEB practices something called zone pricing. Mailed circulars show sale prices which are good only in certain locations identified in tiny, almost unreadable print. Go to your nearest HEB and you might very well find that the sale price mentioned in the ad is NOT available at that store. In my opinion this is unfair and annoying to say the least. If I want to take advantage of a sale I might have to travel far out of my way to do so. HEB should stop this practice especially for their senior customers for whom it is a terrible inconvenience.

12/22/2012 HEB Grocery - The comments in this forum sound so familiar with
The comments in this forum sound so familiar with one exception....where I live(Yoakum,Texas) H.E.B is the only grocery store around. I have lived here my entire life except for 6 years living out of state(Florida) and i can tell you the retailers in that state are more courteous than the ones in this small town. Since being back here and this being the only grocer here i have no choice but to shop there for myself and my disabled mother and uncle. Numerous times I have shopped there with items out of stock i.e. hamburger meat-was told by shift manager they only put out three before the meat department leaves at 5pm, milk being out but can clearly be seen in cooler thru the milk door, damaged products- yogurt, eggs creme cheese, no bread other than the $1.48 and up, expired product in front cooler - pudding cups, prepared sandwiches, fruits and vegetables some rotten but still in bin- I have on a couple of occasions reach in the tomatoes only to stick my hand in rot. The cashiers much of whom are young are rude and take you asking for assistance as a bother to them. I'm known as the crazy lady because I have no problem voicing my opinion or pointing out expired or damaged products. Much nicer when the older cashiers were there. In my opinion and this is just mine, I feel as though they figure since they are the only store in town, that we as customers will just have to deal with it. That isn't good customer service, because without the customer who would they service....I'm sure there would be many more complaints about this store but for the fact it IS the only one and people would be afraid of complaining out of fear of being banned, then where would they go as many have no vehicle and must walk to shop....
