I will be calling the FCC on Tuesday, November 28, 2017, as I have never ordered any magazine from HGTV. HGTV has sent me an invoice for $19.99 for a subscription that I never ordered. What kind of illegal act is this; I have the invoice and I am demanding you release the documentation and/or phone call that shows that I ordered this magazine. I don't order magazines. I am expecting a cancelation of this bogus order and a written acknowledgement of said cancellation.

HGTV Customer Service:

I just called the 1-800-840-8056 number and cancelled via automatic phone service. I called again and spoke with a customer service rep and cancelled again, to make sure I took care of this.
They call it "cancel" which makes no sense to me; because I did not order anything in the first place.

Just in case I am backing up my cancellation on line.
...I did not order any magazines!!!
I just received a bill in the mail for magazine subscription that I never ordered.
Please REMOVE, CANCEL, VOID - do whatever the necessary action is needed to take care this matter.
Never received any magazines and I should not received any bills for past and/or future charges for something I did not order in the fist place.

I had a very different and pleasant experience than some of the reviewers above. Love the magazine and have subscribed for years, but got my recent renewal bill and it was a lot more than I remembered, almost full retail price. Called the number listed on this site and got a great rep, she offered me reduced prices, several payment options and a two year renewal for less than the one year cost on my original bill. Still a fan of HGTV mag and channel!

I was half way happy with the magazine till I decided to order one as a gift and they were going to charge me $9.00 MORE for a 2nd subscription. Called customer service (after hard time finding number, they sure don't post on statement) the rept. KARLA was very rude.
