I had a very different and pleasant experience than some of the reviewers above. Love the magazine and have subscribed for years, but got my recent renewal bill and it was a lot more than I remembered, almost full retail price. Called the number listed on this site and got a great rep, she offered me reduced prices, several payment options and a two year renewal for less than the one year cost on my original bill. Still a fan of HGTV mag and channel!

10/27/2016 HGTV Magazine - I was half way happy with the magazine till I
I was half way happy with the magazine till I decided to order one as a gift and they were going to charge me $9.00 MORE for a 2nd subscription. Called customer service (after hard time finding number, they sure don't post on statement) the rept. KARLA was very rude. They will not get my service anymore and they need to teach this person some manners!

I concur with all other readers, started receiving bills in June for November expiration date. Have received 7 bills so far and it is only Sept. Got one subscription for a gift and I have no idea if the person is receiving it or not - please let us talk with a person to straighten this mess out.
