7/27/2016 Hunter Fans - I bought a Hunter Fan from Lowes around the end of
I bought a Hunter Fan from Lowes around the end of 2014. When I tried to tighten a set of three or four screws, they wouldn't tighten. I am very good at mechanical work, which tells me that either the diameter is too large for the size of the screws or there is something wrong with the screws. Your solution to the problem was, send the same screws to me!!!!!!!!! Now the fan is making loud scraping noise!!!! Since it has been a long time since I purchased it, I am probably stuck with the fan. Before you ask a the question, I have put in many ceiling fans. As a matter of fact, I have put in three other fans in this house. If I don't receive a favorable response from you people I will report you to the North Carolina Department of Justice and the Better Business Department of complaints. You may have had a stellar rating in the past, you shouldn't in the future. Knowledgeable people check their local Department of Justice and the better Business Bureau for a product rating.

1/21/2015 Hunter Fans - We purchased your fan Highbury model 52005 and had
We purchased your fan Highbury model 52005 and had it installed yesterday. When the electrician put bulbs in the light fixture it started to hum. He removed the bulbs to check if they could be used with a dimmer and it says on the bulbs, they cannon. One of the reasons we brought the fan was we wanted to be able to dim the lights. We put regular bulbs in and it did not hum. I just called the service department and was told the bulbs that came with the fan are the ones for that fan. I had a hard time explaining to Matt that when the bulbs are in (weather you dim or not) the light fixture hums. He said all he could do was send me 3 more bulbs. Now what am I going to do with 3 more of the same bulbs I cannon use in my fan. This type of light fixture needs the bulbs that are dimmable. I am very dissapointed with Hunter. We have other Hunter fans in our house and have no problem with them. All I want is for yall to send me 3 bulbs that i can use in my fan that will not hum when turned on, please. It has to say on the bulb that they can be used in a fixture that is dimmable. I would like someone to tell me what I have to do to receive these bulbs.

You have absolutely the worst customer service call line!! The wait times are ridiculously long - 53 minutes, 113 minutes! Sometimes your told the wait time sometimes your not, just goes straight to irritating music and no one answers (I waited 25 minutes in that instance without anyone answering). Sometimes your asked to leave a call back number, which I'd prefer to do based on the outrageous wait time but my last call attempts this wasn't offered as an option! I've read the other comments which are similar to mine, your really alienating your customers, YOU NEED TO FIX THIS!!!!

Called back to help with programing multiple fans and several questions on installation/wiring and the CS representatives (multiple calls needed as I ran into additional questions) were very helpful.

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS B.S. This company sucks. I have been on hold for an hour. I would have been better off buying a new fan, take out the part I need and return the fan. 10/16/2013 Hunter Fans - Within the last year I purchased a hunter
Within the last year I purchased a hunter dehumidifier 33520. I lost a removable spout top and called the company for replacement. I spoke to Jason technical support. He informed me I cannot obtain this part from Hunter fans or elsewhere. He informed me it is common practice for this company to sell products and appliances that parts are not available for. I could send in the proof of purchase to them and they may consider another option. I did not save the sales receipt. I was astounded to here of this from an appliance company and made sure I warned others
