4/28/2014 I purchase ice mountain water bottles all the time
I purchase ice mountain water bottles all the time but the little junior one I normally buy were gone so I decide to go ahead and buy a pkg. of the tall sports bottle waters. My problem began when I tried to get the "cap" open on the top. I grasped the bottle to tear of the tab and the flimsy bottle collapsed inward causing the tab plastic to break putting a pretty good cut into my thumb. I suggest a softer plastic be used for the lids or a heavyplastic be used for the bottle itself as they are supper hard to open.
:(
Sincerely a loyal customer;
Chris

2/27/2014 I am drinking a bottle of Ice Mountain and noticed
I am drinking a bottle of Ice Mountain and noticed once it was 2/3 empty that there is white looking powder in it(that I can touch and it feels gritty and the bottom looks like sand). Is this normal? I opened a new case last week and just recently went to the doctor for headaches, dizzy spells and rapid heart beat. I am keeping the case for further testing to make sure I didn't (or my kids)consume something that would be harmful. If this is something that is normal in anyway I would like to know.

2/20/2014 I buy my cases of Ice Mountain water at Sam's Club
I buy my cases of Ice Mountain water at Sam's Club in Davenport Iowa. I buy 2 cases at a time. In the last 4 cases I have purchased a great many bottles of the water have a strong odor and a bad taste. The water smells like pond water and the taste is very bad. The employees where I work have all noticed these facts. Is there a reason that would be causing this. I will be glad to send a partial bottle of water if it would help to determine an answer. I always buy Ice Mountain because I do not care for the taste of alot of other waters. At this point I am not sure I will buy any more Ice Mountain

4/23/2013 Ice Mountain - Why is the so-called natual spring water testing acidic
Why is the so-called natual spring water testing ACIDIC. I thought the PH levels of water should at least be neutral as possible. I need an answer or I will advertise to everyone that your water is junk and unhealthy to drink. High acid levels are bad for your health and can lead to illness. Please respond ASAP or I will make sure we dump your services, and inform others to do the same.

3/6/2013 Ice Mountain - Writing this to give attention to possibly choking
Writing this to give attention to possibly choking on a sliver of plastic found in my ice mountain bottle. About as long as a dime and like a hard sliver of clear plastic. Maybe a malfunction at the bottiling plant. Not sure of how and why something like this can get threw your system. I nearly died and am very distraught, now fearing drinking ice mountain water. I do have a photo of the strange object.

3/5/2013 Ice Mountain - Not a comment but a suggestion. The biggest
Not a comment but a suggestion. The biggest complaint I hear against bottled water is the impact of plastic bottles on the environment. I feel this issue is addressed as well as can be expected and will continue to be. The second complaint I hear is the lack of fluoride as in tap water. I would think the addition of fluoride to Ice Mountain as well as other Nestles products would be a great addition and selling point and serve to stop one more of the complaints that some use to attack the bottle water industry in general. Ice Mountain is a great product. Thank You.
