Please note that all of our electronic gadgets carry a One-Year Manufacturing Replacement Warranty. Unfortunately, your warranty had expired last month. At this time, we are unable to assist you with a replacement request.

2/23/2014 I just bought a pair of your ifrogz earpollution
I just bought a pair of your ifrogz earpollution earbuds and one was longer than the other one. I really enjoy the earbuds, just the one can’t reach my ear when my iPod is in my pocket. I don’t know if that is just how they are made or if it was just a manufacturing problem. Like I said I really like the earbuds, they have great volume and bass, just that the one is longer than the other and it kind of bothers me.

2/9/2014 ifrogz coda headphones and I'm having problems with the speakers
I bought red ifrogz coda headphones around august 2013 from walmart. I am now starting to have problems with both speakers playing on coda headseat. One side has sound then the other side will not have sound. Sound goes in and out; rarely do they play as a pair. Curious if the company has had problems with the coda. I guess wondering if I can send back and get new pair. I would be gracious if ifrogz could give me my next step or am I just plain stuck. Hope we can work something out.

1/14/2014 iFrogz - They stood by their one year warranty without even asking for the receipt as proof.
I called the phone number, and the person I spoke with was very helpful. They stood by their one year warranty without even asking for the receipt as proof. They're shipping us a new pair of earbuds even though all we needed was a new tip. I don't see how they could provide any better support.

1/12/2014 iFrogz - iFrogs left side headphone does not work, how can I fix it?
My mom bought me a pair of ifrogs for christmas. Ive loved them since! N today i put them on and my left headphone stops working its the one without the adapter to it. 1/2/2014 iFrogz - MY have been using frogz headphones for awhile
MY have been using frogz headphones for awhile now, and after 3 months of using a pair, they finally broke so I went to get a new pair, and the first thing I notice is that the sound quality is totally off from the last pair, and the quality is muffled, and only the base sounds stand out, and it is only fixed by having to spend 5-10 mins to move the plug around to a small point where the sound sounds like it should, I feel tht this pair was a waste of money and I am going to switch to a new brand of earbuds

9/10/2013 iFrogz headphones are the worst - Sound quality is awful
The pair of iFrogz headphones I just bought are by far the worst purchase I've made in a while. The sound quality is awful. Sounds muffled like the bass is turned up beyond what's appropriate, even for hip hop. Sounds like a scratchy hum, like an angry bumblebee colony trapped in a trashcan, but man are they loud! If volume was the goal-and not clarity-well then, Bravo! I feel confident I'll be censored by the webmaster, but somebody should know what a gyp these headphones are. If this ever makes it to the message board, let all who read take heed. iFrogz suckz.

Honestly, I've been a big supporter in IFrogz headphones until recently each pair I've bought started to break right away. We are talking between 1-2 days. Now its just gotten to the point where as soon as I open them, they are already busted. So I started to buy different brands. But today I walked into my local Wal-Mart ant purchased a lovely 40 dollar pair of Orion IFrogz, and what double you know? BROKEN. I am pretty fed up with this. If the ifrogz head doesn't do something about this, then things are going south from here. And no I'm not talking about a replacement pair. I've bought at LEAST 16 broken pairs at 13 dollars a pop plus the 40 dollar pair, you do the math. I work at a place where I come into contact with hundreds of people each day. I wonder how bad business would be if I happened to share my experience with them?
