I worked at IHOP Stockbridge, this manager in GA for 7 years I was cooking serving I have done everything and I was the best server most the customer loves me and they are my regular but the general manager who is the biggest hater and all the Employee know he is a crack head was treating me wrong and bad I don't understand why those owners they don't check this manager why the don't send them for a drug test this is a family restaurant and the Employee should be happy to give the guest an excellent customer service .Finally, this manager changed my schedule to overnight shift try to make me leave and he was threatening me I think he was overdose I left the restaurant and never back WAKE UP IHOP you have been losing the best Employee cause of this Greedy Owners.

3/22/2017 I wanted some IHOP this morning so I called 4:50
I wanted some IHOP this morning so I called 4:50 and placed my order the lady said it would be done in 5 minutes I said wait until 520 to have it ready I drove 19 miles to get there. I was still a little early so I stopped by the gas station to get gas first. Then I drove over to the IHOP at 5:23 I gave the woman my money for her to tell me they are just now cooking my food. So I ain't no fool I waited until she handed me my food to complain that this was some bullshit. How do I call my order in ahead of time and my food is still not done once I get there. She said that they were having problems with the computer and could not rank up the order, but once I got there she added up the amount on her cell phone and then cashed me out so what does that have to do with my food not being done. So let's just say I was highly disappointed. —

6/14/2016 IHOP - My husband, nephew and I visited your I-Hop here
My husband, nephew and I visited your I-Hop here in Fredericksburg, Va. and I know that they cheated me. I order a small omelette and he asked for only ham, tomatoes, and spinach. They charged me 6.99 for the omelette and .99 cent for each item. I don't understand why I was charged for the omelette and addition .99 cent for the ingredients. How can you make an omelette without eggs. I want my money back. On top of everything else I order soup and he brought me a half a cup of soup and he said that was the right amount of soup and he did this because he didnot want to waste it. When I am paying I should not have to worry because he cannot carry soup without wasting it. I WILL BE LOOKING TO HEAR FROM YOU!!!!!!!

1/3/2016 Just had the worst experience at a IHOP restaurant
Just had the worst experience at a restaurant EVER! It is too long to even explain! Everything a restaurant, manager cooks, the waitress could do wrong, they did it! And the manager stood there and let all the employees heckle my daughter! I mean literally they all came out and stood in the dining room area while Lindsay was trying to talk to the manager! I had a very bad experience at IHOP in Paducah, Ky and when I paid I had to ask for my receipt. The cashier handed me a receipt. But guess what? It does not have a 15 digit number and the complaint form for the site will not accept the info without that number! I am sure that Darren is still there and he may be wondering why he did not get a tip last Saturday from this elderly lady with the grandchild. I spent many years in the hospitality industry and this young man gives it a bad name!

10/14/2015 Today I went with a friend of mine to the IHOP
Today I went with a friend of mine to the IHOP #408 1313 Hillborough St. Raleigh, NC 27605 around 10:52am. They ordered the Split Decision and I ordered the Sweet Cream Cheese Crepes topped with raspberries. Their order was supposed to come with 2 pieces of bacon and 2 sausage links but arrived with 1 of each. When we asked about it the waitress went and asked about it and another person picked up a small plate with the other pieces of bacon and sausage on it. I mentioned how quick they were to bring it to the table but that was not the biggest issue. When I started to eat my crepes I noticed that the filling was not cream cheese but vanilla pudding. I brought that to the attention of our waitress and she went to try to get it fixed but instead the cook said that was how I was going to get it unless I ordered something else. That was beyond rude in my opinion considering their kitchen was open and she could be heard loud and clear. The waitress was wonderful Zandra did all she could to make things right but she is not the cook so I could not fault her for the lack of making my order right. I was told I would have to order another item or eat what I was served. I said fine. I scrapped out the vanilla pudding and ate the what was actually a thin pancake rolled up and the raspberries. I am diabetic and the cream cheese doesn't affect my sugar that much and the vanilla pudding was way too sweet for me to eat plus it was not what was supposed to be inside my crepe to begin with. When I went to pay the bill I was asked, If everything was alright, I answered NO. I was then asked if I wanted to speak to the manager and I replied No because he had been right there when everything went down and heard what was said by the cook and took no actions to make my order right. The person who took my money said I hope you will be back I informed him NO I would not and that I would contact someone higher up than the manager that was there at the moment. I will not go back to that location and if fact I will make sure to tell my friends about my service there. I eat at many different IHOPS and this has to be not only the worse food but the worse management running this IHOP. I feel sorry for Zandra because if they treat others the way I was treated her tips can't be very good. My total was $23.76 but I put $28 on my card so that she could get a tip of $4.24 more than the 15% she was entitled to because she did make sure we had plenty of drink and she did try to make our orders correct once they were brought to her attention.

8/5/2015 Just came from IHOP, north myrtle beach. Food was
Just came from IHOP, north myrtle beach. Food was ok but toppings on the crepes were almost not there. Asked the waitress about a few things ie: smaller order of crepes. Answer: we can bring you less but you will still have to pay full price?!?!? Asked to have peaches with the kids meal( it comes with a fruit cup and having been there before new we would have to pay extra which was fine). Waitress brought food, kids meal exactly as we ordered it, Mac and cheese/fruit cup and a dish if peach compote. Steps away after she put the food down she turned around, snatched the fruit cup saying "oh, this isn't yours" and threw it in the garbage. I found this to be deplorable, knowing it was going straight into the garbage she could have easily offered it--if anyone would like this or even I can leave this if you would like for an extra $1 or $2. Trust me it was not worth 35 cents and it belonged with the meal anyway. I asked to speak to the manager, Amir who would not give me his last name( really??? He is representing your corporation??) he was EXTREMELY rude. I started out just trying to explain that free of for $$ I found the practice of just taking the food straight to the garbage was reprehensible. He had an immediate attitude, telling me that I was on camera yelling at him, telling me "she made a mistake" and that he had no control over that, to go ahead and call corporate I would just be talking to him again and how long he had been in business etc, etc.. Is this indicative of all I hop managers and franchisees?? He rudely asked "what did I want"?? Insinuating that I wanted something for nothing. I NEVER ask for what I don't pay for and this was not the case. I am insulted, disgusted and shocked that your company policy is to simply throw food away when a mistake is made and that you would continue to let such a rude, unpolished/untrained person represent your company. Perhaps the attitude in resort areas is--they won't be back anyway. Problem with that attitude is that I live within walking distance. I WONT BE BACK, BY MYSELF OR WITH ANY OF THE FAMILY AND FRIENDS THAT VISIT ME THROUGHOUT THE YEAR!!!

I went to a ihop in neptune new jersey, service was o.k.
food was fine, but as myself and 3 friends were leaving we went for a bathroom break before we went on our way.there was an employee of ihop in there,in one of the stalls,he did what he had to do and left without washing his hands. so I know what he did,and I went to the manager, but they were busy.seen then my friends and myself have gone to ( Perkins ) I did not see a sign in you rest room that said emplyees wash your hands before leaving.I seen your man waiting on other people before we left.This not good for your company to have a customer see this.we are down the shore several times a month,and we would go to Ihop,but sorry to say we have been back. we can spend 75.00 some other place and I,m not saying it does not go on there also but I have not seen it. Thank You

The food was great but our waitress Kandice was not pleasant at all. She did not greet us, offer to explain menu options and was very rude. When I complained to the manager about poor service she referred me to the online survey for customer service comments. This was only my second time ever eating at an IHOP restaurant and I will not return to the location in Winston Salem, NC again.

6/27/2014 IHOP - I do a lot of traveling so can't remember the
I do a lot of traveling so can't remember the location of this particular IHOP. With the offer of a free short stack if I took an online survey within three days with the code on the breakfast receipts. As I am a senior on disability this offer was very appealing. Upon walking in I was met by the manager. He informed me that I needed to redeem my coupon at the IHOP I had breakfast at.(really?) after much discussion he agreed to honor the coupon. The pancake were great and my server was awesome. Pancakes with coffee, yumm. My check was put on my table and reflected an amount over two dollars. I'm long winded and this is trivial. Sorry. I was charged for a carafe of coffee when I had asked for one. None of my complaints were on the coupon so why. Reluctant to go to IHOP again. Sincerely, Karel
