ordered a catalog July 4th have not received anything. I called 4 times and get that their system is down and should get it anytime. It is like they do not have catalogs anymore they just want your email so they can fluid email wanting you to purschase online. What's up with this company? what happened to customer service?

I too have had the same problem with them. Missing parts and wrong parts. I have emailed the so called manager 5 times, have called more then that, and have now contacted the BBB. By far the worst customer service ever!!! I still have missing parts and paid for an impact wrench that they have sent me 2 batteries for but no wrench!! I have been so frustrated, but will not give up, due to the fact that we spent $900.. I hope your issue got resolved!

I WISH TO LOG A COMPLAINT WITH J.C. WHITNEY & CO. HAVING PLACED AN ORDER AND RECEIVING THE WRONG ITEM , I WISH TO TALK TO A PERSON OF IMPORTANCE WITH THE COMPANY, SUCH AS THE CEO OR EXECUTIVE OFFICER. YOUR COMPANY HAS DECLINED IN SERVICE SO SEVERELY IN THE PAST 50 YEARS THAT YOU SHOULD BE AWARE THAT YOU ARE SLOWLY BUT SURELY SURRENDERING YOUR PLACE IN THE HEARTS OF AMERICANS. YOU HAVE GONE OUT OF YOUR WAY TO HIRE 3RD WORLD CUSTOMER RELATION PEOPLE. DO YOU HAVE ANY IDEA HOW FRUSTRATING IT IS TO SPEND 30 OR 40 MINUTES ON HOLD WHILE SOMEONE TRIES TO FIGURE OUT HOW TO ANSWER A QUESTION ???
