I ordered 6 knit shirts. I paid online with a credit card. I ordered yellow x/l and blue x/l. The package arrived with 1ea white xxl and no notation of a back order. I tried reaching customer service 3x over 2 days, holding on the phone for over 18 minutes each time, being told how important the call is to JAB. Nonsense. Never reached customer service.

HELLO MR BANK OR VICE PRESIDENT OF CUSTOMER RESOLUTION,

I PURCHASED CLOTHES TOTALING APPROXIMATELY $ 700 BACK IN DECEMBER 2012 FROM THE LANGHORNE, PA LOCATION.

AS OF THIS MOMENT, I HAVE YET TO HEAR BACK FROM ANYONE AT THE STORE THAT THE SUITS, SLACKS AND SHIRTS, WHICH WERE PURCHASED, ARE IN AND READY TO BE MEASURED FOR ANY CUFFS, LENGTHENING, SUSPENDER BUTTONS, ETC.

IS THIS HOW CUSTOMERS ARE TREATED AT THAT LOCATION?

AND BY THE WAY, THIS PURCHASE WAS DURING MY FIRST VISIT EVER TO YOUR COMPANY FOR CLOTHES. WHAT AN EXPERIENCE.

GRANTED, I HAVE NOT CALLED NOR HAVE I STOPPED IN THE STORE DUE TO MY CONCERN THAT A NEGATIVE SITUATION MAY ARISE DURING MY TIME THERE ALONG WITH HEARING A MOUTHFUL OF "APOLOGIES" AND "I'M SORRIES".

MOREOVER, SHOULD NOT THE STORE MANAGER OR ANYONE ELSE HAVE CALLED TO INFORM ME TO SET UP A TIME TO COME IN FOR MEASUREMENTS AND PICK UP? AFTER ALL, I ONLY PAID FOR THE CLOTHES IN ADVANCE.

I ALSO DID NOT WANT TO GET THE POLICE INVOLVED. AFTER ALL, I PAID FOR A PRODUCT OF WHICH I AM STILL WAITING ON AS TO WHETHER OR NOT THE CLOTHES ARE READY FOR ME TO STOP BY TO FINISH UP WHAT HAS TO BE COMPLETED.

AGAIN, THIS IS NO WAY TO TREAT A CUSTOMER.

WHERE ARE THE CLOTHES THAT HAVE BEEN PAID IN FULL? ARE THEY STILL IN THE LANGHORNE STORE? WHO FOLLOWS UP WITH CUSTOMERS ON CLOTHES THAT HAVE YET TO BE PICKED UP OR REQUIRE MEASUREMENTS?

IF I OWED THAT STORE MONEY, THEY WOULD SURELY CALL ME EVERY DAY OF WEEK. RIGHT?

I AM CLOSE TO FILING A COMPLAINT WITH THE POLICE, A SMALL CLAIM IN DISTRICT COURT AND VARIOUS COMPLAINTS ON INTERNET BLOGS AND WEBSITES IN ADDITION TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND AS MANY CONSUMER ADVOCATE COMPANIES I AM ABLE TO FIND. THIS IS RIDICULOUS AND AGAIN NO WAY TO TREAT A NEW CUSTOMER.

I AM HOLDING A TICKET IN MY POSSESSION WHICH ONLY CONTAINS A NUMBER; #1200045. NO OTHER INFORMATION IS ON THE TICKET.

THE FOLLOWING IS WHAT I WOULD APPRECIATE HAPPENING IN LIGHT OF THIS DISTURBING SITUATION:

- TRANSFER MY CLOTHES TO THE NEXT CLOSEST LOCATION FOR MEASUREMENT AND PICK UP OF THE CLOTHES WHICH WERE PAID IN FULL BACK IN DECEMBER 2012

- COMPENSATORY DAMAGES IN THE FORM OF TWO CORDUROY PAIR OF PANTS TWO PAIR OF SLACKS

THIS IS VERY DISTURBING, AS, AGAIN, THE TIME SPENT AT YOUR COMPANY WAS MY FIRST VISIT.

I TRUST THIS WRONG SITUATION WILL TURN INTO A RIGHT ONE SO AS TO SATISFY THIS CUSTOMER WHO AGAIN, PAID IN FULL FOR CLOTHES THAT ARE STILL IN THE POSSESSION OF THE LANGHORNE, PA STORE LOCATION?
