I have a new computer. I loaded JUNO #4. I have the JUNO ICON but every which way I try to get the JUNO connection to the e-mail system I get things like "... the default client is not properly installed." Yet performing this & that with JUNO QUESTIONS they say I'n already in operation &/or not. Another message says: "Please install an e-mail program or if one is already installed, create an association in the Default Program control panel." PLEASE HELP an ancient old man. --- I am able to get answers on older computer Ed Parker long time JUNO client

I cannot access my e-mail accounts for all job interviews this is the second time this has happened to me. I cannot find a customer service number for them this is insane. I have been with them for years now they want to screw me like this I'm done with them good bye they are just like a bad x girlfriend.

OH MY GOD, I AM TRAPPED IN JUNO, PAYING HIRER PRICES. I CALLED BUT I GOT INDEA'S NUMBER AND COULD HARDLY UNDERSTAND WHAT SHE WAS SAYING. AAAAUUUGGG!!!!

Yes, all the same problems below listed I plan to cancel Juno also,and the big problem is they don't care,no help what-so-ever,so who to you turn to.

I have tried everything to void out my email account through Juno because lately all I get is spam emails I have tried everything to contact juno but they have no way of getting ahold of them unless you use their internet services Juno sucks big time

Juno's new search engine is garbage (3 results, all unrelated). Powered by "google"? Google should be ashamed to be associated with it.

Juno has deleted my address book I have had sine the 90's when I started using Juno, they have deleted all my sent email. The are not addressing the problem. I just signed up for the DSL servie Jan 20 10 and this all started . They dragged out the service emails past the 30 day cancel window now they want $100 for early termination fee. Stay away from the DSL service Stay away from Juno. They rip you off

My juno after years with them went from 47-49kb down to 14-21kb for the last 8 plus months after having to keep reloading the software often. Thinking that is was a way to cause me to step up to the next level of charges. They provide a sevice to which we pay for so why should we havd to pay for tech fees when its apparent that this is their fault? I wonder just how much they will add to your bill.

I cancelled my service this fall. You continued my service untill Decso that I could access my mail for a while. That was comleted in Dec. when I cancelled again. I received a charge this Feb. I would like to permantly cancell again. K. Funk
