I have Juno 8 and use Windows 8.1. Up until now, Juno has been operating okay, but out of the blue have started to get an error message stating that Juno has a run time error and I should consult Juno Service to resolve it. I have uninstalled Juno and reinstalled it from the Juno download DVD and it still has this message. It will not allow me to run the Juno e-mail program. All my other programs are running perfectly. I have run Advanced System Care and it passes all the analytic tests so my computer is not malfunctioning.

8/13/2012 Yesterday I received a message from the Juno site
Yesterday I received a message from the Juno site that "an outside source had access to my password", therefore, Juno required me to change my password, for I could not proceed unless I did. Juno's e-mail only allowed me to change the password and did not provide any other vital information in the same notification, such as 15 minutes before it works, shut down computer, and most of all needing a 4 digit pin #. Never did Juno ask or indicate that in changing the password and not having the additional information in place PRIOR TO CHANGING PASS WORD that I would be forever locked out. The change of password was accepted by Juno's evidence of an acceptance announcement, and I felt confident to continue on. Wrong, I cannot use the new password, nor the old password, and I being asked for credit card # for cost of a tech person. I located the contact e-mail to Juno, and thus far have in 4 e mails to Juno, with two responses (lame) and I am so sorry you followed our instructions ...but we cannot retrieve a nonpaying person information..., (I am being told that Nonpaying customer is out of luck in retrieving my old e mails, address book et al of 15 years.) Never, ever had I been asked to use a pin #, in the 15 years I have maintained my account. Following Juno's directions to a tee, lead me to this disaster, and now the royal screw around. How poorly can you treat a customer, a paying or not? Juno you created the problem, you need to correct the problem. I can provide information for you to retrieve my information. Please, please don't make this any more difficult for me. I have lost much lately; I cannot endure this great loss of my information. This feels like the biggest personal insult from a business that I have ever received. Be an organization that is forthright and retrieve my information at your earliest opportunity.

4-9-12 I have tried to get Juno to resolve my delima of having to sign in on my account everytime I go there and it suppose to stay signed in for two weeks but many times I have to sign in 7 or 8 times a day. Juno just gives you the run around and every time I have contact them we have not been able to achieve and positive results. Their support is the worlds worse and I would never recommend Juno to anyone. Very poor service.

2/24/2012 Juno - why do you insist in sending to me norton
why do you insist in sending to me norton anti-virus software, when i have told you numerous times i do not want it! you did in december 2011 and it cuased a total commputer melt-down, resulting me, to re-install xp operating system 6 times.

i have kaspersky for over 2 years now and it's far superior to norton.

2 anti-virus programs on same computer causes total melt-down, total destruction of everything on that computer: documents, photos, programs, operating system

today 2-24-12 ~6:30pm est, you again sent me norton against my wishes and it caused me, in copying a juno message to my Microsoft word to not copied over in 12-point but in 36-point!
WHY?

maybe i need to contact Eric H. Holder, Jr, our federal attorney general, and let him teach you what it means NO, and what our federal-state-city laws really do mean!
