Why do these kind of complaint sites always show up after we have been burned. "Just Flowers" is "Just a Farce". Next time I order flowers for any occasion I will look up a little town florist where the recipient is located and order them that way. Let's give the work to the little guys.

6/27/2014 JustFlowers.com Inc. - I had to order flowers from out of state
I had to order flowers from out of state (Colorado), to be delivered to New Hampshire for the funeral of my brother-in-law, to be sent to my sister's home early the next day. The plans for the funeral were difficult and made late so I had no choice. I requested the florist deliver them as early as possible on the next day (day of the funeral), that didn't get done. The family was already home after the burial and the flowers were not delivered yet. I called Just Flowers and spoke to someone who couldn't speak very well and he said they weren't even on the delivery truck yet. They offered me a $5.00 reduction to the price of the handling fee. I asked for the $10.00 handling fee reduction because as far as I was concerned the "handling" was not done right. I paid a good amount for an arrangement and spoke to too many people, God knows where, and they didn't the job done. I won't ever call them again. Next time I will look up a little town florist shop and probably will have the "same day delivery", as the Just Flowers add implied.

I ordered flowers for my sister who has breast cancer and is very sick from chemo .I thought this would cheer her up. They charged my account 93 dollars it was supposed to be 81 dollars. she never received them. Ive tried to cancel and they put you on hold to talk to a manager and no one comes to the phone . They need to be shut down they are nothing but theives.

I guess I, too, was scammed. I ordered a beautiful pictured arrangement for my daughter-in-law who had heart surgery. She sent me a phone picture and the arrangement was no where near to the picture I chose. It looked sloppily made with a few roses and lots of filler. Also, no balloon that was to say "Get Well Soon" came with the arrangement.
This company is off my list.

This company is unreliable and has terrible customer service.

My boyfriend ordered flowers for Valentines Day and they were not delivered. All of their 1800 numbers kept me on hold for 3 1/2 minutes before I would get a message that they were too busy to take calls. I finally got through the next day and they did get the flowers delivered. However, they said they would refund the extra delivery fee he paid to have them delivered on Valentines day and they never did.

Then my boyfriend decided to give them a second chance for Mothers Day. The flowers weren't delivered, it took me 20 calls to get through, and then they told me they were doing a scheduled upgrade to the system so couldn't tell me anything. Why they would do a scheduled upgrade the day after Mother's Day makes no sense.

My boyfriend likes to send me flowers 3 to 4 times a day and they have definitely lost out on a couple of hundred dollars worth of business.

Total scam! i agree 100 percent, I had ordered my wife a dozen rose's for valentines day, which were delivered on wrong day!!!, a whole day later in fact. Then never were delivered to the right location, and what came was 10 roses in a lousy arrangement that i could have bought at a flea market for 10 bucks and saved a hundred plus. After i attempted to call customer service five times kept on the rotary answer system for no less than 15mins each time, no one ever answers the phone and was kicked out automatically every time, so i called to place a new order, amazing the picked right up but when they discovered i was complaining I was put on hold for 35 min while the girl i talked to had to speak to supervisor to see what they could do for me, They came back and offered a whole $5.00 refund for my troubles. I told the customer service representative that was unacceptable not to point out that the web guarantee was $10.00 for just that wrong day little goof alone, I told her to give the $10.00 and try again to get it right, She refused to re-deliver as the web site says they will and would need to do an investigation and get back to me soon. basically took $117.00 from me for my thoughtfulness and troubles. WHAT A RIP OFF!!! The Better business beauro needs to shut this "company" down immediately. I am going to do what i can, Twitter and Facebook tonight for sure, everyone needs to do the same and show them the power of the social media. Put out the word BOYCOTT Flowers .com
