I am on my 4 th Keurig in 5 years. The first worked about a year, then stopped dispensing. I changed the filter and descaled as suggested. Still nothing. Keurig replaced that one. That one did the same thing after about a year. Kerrigan wasn't very helpful that time. ...so I bought a new one. Again it lasted about 11/2 years, then stopped dispensing. I was gifted with the fourth about a year ago and have had several problems with it. It kept instructing me to change the filter and descale. Even after descaling it's instructed me to descale. A week ago it
Stopped dispensing. I'm on a limited budget and can't afford to keep replacing Keurigs. So dissatisfied!

4/26/2017 My 2 !/2 month old Keurig K 15 single serve
My 2 !/2 month old Keurig K 15 single serve compact k cup pod coffee maker ...which has been used less than 50 times...will not brew. I cut it on, put on a Keurig pod, it blinks like it will start brewing and then immediately cuts off....I keep it clean and use it gently. what's up?

I want to thank Erica for absolutely NOTHING!! The only reason I gave them one star was because I did actually talk to a human opposed to a computer. I have a Model K40. I got for Christmas two years ago. I have kept up with regular cleaning (de-scaling). I have noticed within the last six months or so that it has gotta extremely loud, and the amount of water it dispenses is less then before, a lot less. It also was taking longer to brew. So upon talking to Erica I learnt that 1) My Keurig was no longer under registration. 2) Evidently, you are not supposed to use tap water in the machine. Only filtered water. Why do you need filtered water in a Keurig that already has a filter for the water? 3) The store bought re- usable k-cups are damaging to your Keurig. What?? She did teach me how to unclog my needles with a paper clip. Pretty cool, huh? It would be, if it had actually did a darn thing. So, Erica as a last resort offered me a 35% discount on a newer model Keurig, still making my cost $96.84. No thank you. I will never purchase another product with Keurig. Very disappointed with the company as a whole.

I really wanted a Kerrig coffee maker. The 1st one I had worked for a short time. The company was very nice and told me to mail part of the coffee maker back and they sent a new one. It has been sitting on my counter for a few months now...... I have tried everything!!! Seems all the coffee pods blow up and I get a cup of grounds. 1/16/2017 Keurig - Told rep. that i bought a bag of the Neumans own
Told rep. that i bought a bag of the Neumans own organic coffee and i didnt like it, and could he give me a coupon to get another bag of REGULAR coffee, because it says on the pkg, to call 866-901-2739 for questions. He wanted the serial number of my coffee maker, I said " whats that got to do with my not liking the coffee ? I said i dont have a Kurig coffee maker, i have a MR. COFFEE MAKER,, He said to get the serial # off of the coffee maker and call ME COFFEE AT 800-672-6333., and they would take care of me.. While turning the coffee maker upside to get the serial number, i dropped it and broke the coffee maker. THAN i find out that MR. COFFEE has NOTHING to do with refunding or giving me a coupon for another bag of coffee. The SECOND rep i just called said even though it says to call this number, W3E have NOTHING to do with the Neumans coffee,Than WHY does it say on the pkg, " any questions call 866-901-2793 [ KURIG ] ???? Now im oou of a coffee maker because that first CSR WAS AN IDIOT ,,

11/17/2016 Keurig - Top piece that holds the cup is broken on both
Top piece that holds the cup is broken on both sides. This piece has the needle going through it. We only make two cups per day and have had the machine for under one year. We have never used other features such as the larger cups for a pot of coffee instead of just a cup. This model is a 2.0 with the large water reservoir. This was not a cheap machine. Will the company replace the parts or do we need to go with another brand?

I own a 2.0 keurig brewer of which I am about to throw into this weeks trash pick up. I am sick and tired of screwing with this brewer each and every time I want a cup of coffee. Over the past 4 months when attempting to brew a cup of coffee, I never know how much it will brew. I am now using a measuring cup when brewing. I get any where from 2 oz. to 4 oz.. rarely get a full 8 oz. of coffee. Purchasing K-Cups has become a waste of money. I have phoned Keurig for assistance. Using the little orange gadget helps once in a while. At times this brewer has also provided me with 10 oz. coffee 12 oz. and 14 oz.. Lots of clear water dripping from brewer after rec. 6 or 8 oz. at that time. It is aggravating trying to get this appliance to do what it was built to do. I drink 2 cups of coffee per day and expect to be able to do this without all of the B.S. I must go thru to achieve this. I am at present searching for a better coffee brewer which works !!

This Keurig is a replacement after a problem with the first one, sent to me free in 2014. It is leaking water onto my counter and I have been told it is an internal problem which can't be fixed. They said it is outside the year warranty so they offered a discount on a new one based on a price that was so high the price was the same as local retailers are selling them. So you are stuck. I think they make tons of money on K cups which you are obligated to use so making customers unhappy about the brewer is not good business practice. Making a cup at a time with high priced K cups is about to stop. I will go back to my old coffee maker.

I have a 2.0 keurig coffee maker with karafe, it is not working properly. Sometimes the heater runs for hours before its hot enough to make a cup of coffee. It also stops in the middle of dispensing the coffee to reheat the water. I am very upset because it cost a lot of money for it to be working like this. Please let me know if it can be replaced before I have to replace it with a different brand of coffee maker. Thank you .
