can't work with post office to find missing package without tracking number.

I renewed the subscription for my grand kids last month. Got a call from Daughter they got a duplicate crate from last year. We want different krates. Please contact me so I can either be sure they will get a different one every month or cancel.

Wow! Wish I would have read these reviews before ordering. I've been trying for a week to get someone to call me back about a credit card charge issue...no response at all to my voice mail messages. I'm really surprised because my grandkids love the crates, and I want to continue as a customer but...not sure I can with no response from company. Sad situation.

Worst customer service ever. It just goes to show you have to research EVERY company no matter how popular they are or how many advertisers they pay. The experience of ordering a subscription online seems straight forward and easy, but when the box never arrives and then they start lying to you and making up different ship dates and excuses as to why they didn't ship it the process becomes infuriating. They are fast to take your money and slow to never on delivering a product. This is compounded by the fact there is now customer service person to speak with on the phone. I would recommend anyone interested in giving a children's gift subscription try another company, there are a few others out there.

4/1/2016 Kiwi Crate - I originally order a subscription for my three
I originally order a subscription for my three grandchildren who are brother and sisters. They sent the ones to the girls but didn't send one to my grandson. I emailed them about it and was told it was combined in one of the other boxes. I checked and we got only two crates and the third one was not included in either crate. I contacted them again and the said it had been sent. I contacted them again to say it was not received and the site showed that it was still pending. The answer was, and I am quoting, "I don't see the problem here since both crates were delivered to your grandchildren. The Magic crate is for your grandson and the Rainforest crate is for your granddaughter." When the original email stated that I had three grandchildren.
