7/19/2015 lost a lot of coins repairing after Kixeye game crashes
I have lost a lot of coins repairing after game crashes and had to do a full reset to be able to play during a battle, this last raid has cost me a mint in repairs due to the resets and crashes, I cannot do the raid or continue to pay to play at this pace, I have tried numerous times to contact support and gotten nowhere but a circle of nothingness, noone to contact and noway to report a trouble ticket, I will no longer coin in this battle pirates game on facebook from this point on, as I cannot even get any help or support, I am so frustrated currently, as I enjoy the game when and if it works,

5/24/2015 Kixeye - lets go a little further. if customer service
lets go a little further. if customer service cannot answer a question then why have them. when i ask for a supervisor they stop talking when i ask for legal teams information they stop talking. they obviously couldnt come up with a resolve for me not getting credit for something i was doing in the game. they couldnt explain the issue. so when i tell them i want to take legal action they get blank this is after i asked to talk to a supervisor. well i never got a supervisor i never got the legal teams info. so does that mean i go get a lawyer for something a customer service guy cant answer. think that is my only option at this time. now granted i have blown alot of money in the game and i am tired of the nerfing of fleets which makes them not what they advertised. kixeye terms states they can change the game for performance issues but thats not a performance issue. so what do i do. search for legal help because kixeye customer service cant explain to me or prove to me i was getting full credit at the chance to win a proto because the screen came up as defeated not a victory and i never recieved my badge. they gave me the badge after the raid. some would say serious problem there. told them i want my money back. now i am thinking about all my money for the entire game i have spent. customer service needs help and in any company u should be able to get in touch with their supervisor on up and get any information u need. they have now even though i have not retained an attorney told me they will not offer me customer service so now im being discriminated because they cant do their job.

1/12/2015 Kixeye - I tried to link my mobile game for Vega Conflict
I tried to link my mobile game for Vega Conflict to my face book page (Vega Conflict on facebook) per the instructions on the help page. The mobile link knocked out the game but not the sign in info. My face book game is a level 36 and the mobile is 11. Is there a way to reverse this? The sign is still for the level 36. I didn't want to loose the level 36.

Do you have a real customer service site? How do you get to it? Do you actually read tickets sent in or just file 13 them? I have been trying to get some help finding my password for my Kixeye acct but no luck so far. In the event you deside to assist me with the password issue plz send it to my gmail acct. why do my fleets in battle pirates stop repairing all the time. Is this a ploy to coerce me into spending money? I really do like this game but your, Kixeye, service of the game is way BELOW par. Plz fix the problems. Quit trying to gouge money out of us. Some of us do not have a fortune to spend on a game that just provides entertainment.I would rate your game at a solid 4.5, but would only rate your company at a 1.
