I am so surprised to see the number of poor reviews on this site
I have a Krups EA 9010 Super Automatic which has not been working well for a while, and needed a complete overhaul. I was hesitant to be without it, but I had no choice. Much to my amazement, I got it back in 5 days, with a weekend in between. It works better than it did when I bought it! Makes me wonder why. But it is amazing now! Does exactly what it should do
Every cup is perfect. So thank you to Krups Service for a job well done.

9/8/2015 Krups USA - Cheap place piece holding a full pot of coffee slide off and scalded me
I have a two cup coffee pot had it for a few yrs then all of a sudden the cheap place piece holding a full pot of coffee slide off and scalded me w hot coffee called the company they said it was to old they don't sell it anymore so here's a twenty dollar credit to a new 70 dollar coffee pot THE REPRESENTATIVE AND SUPERVISOR WERE SO DEFENSIVE AND RUDE I am so mad at this point I definitely won't be spending 70 dollars when they sell almost the same one in grocery store for twenty dollars........manager would not shut his mouth and listen and stop talking over me I WILL NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING THAT IS MADE BY THEM AGAIN U JUST LOST A LIFE TIME CUSTOMER GOOD JOB

4/30/2015 Krups USA - This is the LEAST customer friendly small
This is the LEAST customer friendly small appliance manufacturer I have ever purchased from. There is a serious burn issue with the Silver Edition Coffeemaker...it leaks from the bottom. The customer service representatives are negative and defensive. That is not Customer service , it is How to save Krups money and forget about pleasing the buyer. I was told they have a "No replacement policy and only do repairs". That says it all. I love my new Bonavita !

11/18/2014 Krups USA - I have a $200.00 Krups coffee maker and it stopped
I have a $200.00 Krups coffee maker and it stopped working. I called them and they offered me $20 rebate. They don't care.... terrible customer service. The girl on the phone was nice and it isn't her fault but Krups as a company apparently doesn't care. Here is an example of a good company that stands behind thier product and actually cares about their customers and reputation. My conair hairdryer stopped working so I called in, they told me to mail it in, no questions asked... 2 weeks later they sent me a brand new one. Way more than I expected of them. I thought they would repair mine. How about that!!! I am loyal to Conair forever and I tell everyone about it. I will share my experience with Krups also with everyone to prevent people being stuck with non-working Krups products and being left on your own. Stay away from Krups.... the product isn't cheap but the service is.

Krups KM6118 coffee maker. This coffee maker is very poorly designed. The lids from the coffee maker and coffee pot collide when trying to pour water into the coffee maker, the display showing how much water is needed per number of cups is difficult to read, and the aroma button which is supposed to slow the flow of water through the coffee grounds when only brewing a few cups is difficult to engage. The on/off button lights up when the coffee maker is turned on, which is good, but the aroma button does not light up or stay in a depressed position to indicate when it is in use. If the button is pushed too soon during the brewing cycle, the aroma feature doesn't appear to work. There is no way to tell with 100% certainty whether it is working or not, except to watch the flow of the drip and to keep smelling for the aroma of brewed coffee. By the time I determine whether it's working or not, the pot is already brewed. Very disappointed in this product.

I ordered 3 months ago your representative XS 3000 to make the maintenance of my machine. The representatives did not bought it and I am still waiting. The quality of service is very low. I suggest you to see the brand image in the website "reclame aqui" (http://www.reclameaqui.com.br/indices/21246/krups-seb/). In a total of 72 customers, only 22% woulb by your products again. I wouldn't like to be part of this list, but I will if I can't find XS 3000 to make the proper maintenance. Maybe I will buy Saeco.
I would appreciate you send this email to the company headquarters.

Handle on the XP1505 Espresso carafe breaks because it is attache by a screw going through thin cheap plastic. Krups has had three formal complaints on this issue to the COnsumer Products Safety Commission (20131003-FE884-2147451246, 20121029-0D5C0-2147462420 and 20120308-8079A-2147469460). It is dangerous. Krups' representative blaimed the failure of a two month old carafe on the customer.
Used to be a good company. No more.

6/10/2013 Krups USA - I really don't think my Gripe is going to do much
I really don't think my Gripe is going to do much of anything because I'ts my expierence that companies don't tend to stand behind their products anymore, but I figured I'd take a chance and give it a try. This is partially my fault because I didn't do anything about the problem when I first boought the Food Processer, but there were extenuating circumstances. So I'm an Airman in the united Staes Air Force stationed in Germany and have been here for 9 years. I bought the Power XL 6 Combi Food processer from my Base Exchange here in Germany and it was defective from the very beggining. It wouldn't power up and work correctly unless you swiggled the canister and the power base and reseat it several times before it would work. The only reason I didn't take it back right away was because I was deploying to Iraq within days and didn't have the time. I bascically just put up with the hassel because after a few minutes of messing with it, it would always start working so I could do what I needeed to do. This all ended last week as it will not work at all no matter how much tinkering I do to make it work. Basically just disapointed with a pretty pricey product made by your company and thought I'd see what you would be willing to do before I go out and replace this machine. ...For what its worth.
