We ordered two lazy boy recliners the best they had to offer. We have had them for I year and the fabric is pilling and very worn and faded looking. We are two adults with no pets, no children and the chairs are used occasionally. The store sent a man out who said they were very faded and the fabric was not wearing. Now, the stores response, get the chairs professionally cleaned and they would reevaluate the problem. The chairs aren't dirty and why would I put another$200.00 in them??? I would never recommend your product. Very disappointing. After reading countless reviews, it's obvious you could care less.

My Lazy Boy recliner, that I paid $1,000 dollars for is inky two years old and completely worn out. I called the company and they said I had to pay $109 to have a tech come look at it. He arrived and told me the stuffing was bad. He claimed, due to a new stuffing change twelve years ago, most chairs only last two years. He said a rep would call me in three or four days to schedule a time to change the stuffing - Again I would have pay for. It's been thirteen days and still no call. I WILL NEVER buy your product ever again. I'm a disabled vet but I still plan on dragging this junk to the curb and placing the biggest sign in it law allows telling everyone how sorry your product is.

I purchased a $3250 leather couch from lazy boy in anahiem ca. 4/09 with extended warranty, the co. went belly-up after taking my $$, I cleaned a lil dirt with the cleaning products that were delivered w/ couch & the color came off the leather!! I called customer (a JOKE), & they claimed they couldn't help me (After the screwed me for my $$). I cleadned another spot with water & soft cloth , same issue color comes off leather, inferior products are being sold by Lazy boy!! Stay away from this co. rip-offs. I Lazy boy won't stand behind their products & take care of their customers ( hard earned $$) some one else will!

Your latest ad with the actress throwing 2 drinks in the face of the fellow is totally disgusting and beneath your reputation. DO wonder why your ad exec would think this is a proper ad for a company such as Lazy Boy! Your 'webmaster' will probably NOT approve putting this comment on this site but I am writing it anyway. Companies have a responsibility to set a good example in advertising and THIS is NOT worthy of Lazy Boy. Shame on you!!!!!!!!! I wouldn't even give you ONE star rating!!!!!!!!!

Reading these complaints gives me little hope of any resolution in my favor. Bought a chair that gives off a sour smell and odor doesn't go away. They've told me they never take back custom orders which must account for a large part of their sales. so they can sell you anything and be held blameless. Someone to call me next week with their solution. Will be sure to post it.

I purchased a lazy boy sofa with reclining ends from the store in Bloomington/Normal Illinois in September of 2015. Within 2 months it was already showing wear and the cushions were bulging. The service man was here 3 times trying to fix all of the problems with it and finally told us it was defective and he could not do anything more to help us. When I try to contact the store they say it is out of their control and we need to contact corporate office. The corporate office tells us to contact the store we bought it from. Nobody is willing to call us back or resolve this issue. I spent 1500 on a piece of junk and they refuse to back their product and make this right. Under no circumstances should I have to keep this piece of furniture!!! They need to replace it with something that is more durable or give me my money back!!! Once I get this situation resolved (if they ever give me the time of day) I will never go to lazy boy again!!!!! They are not loyal to their customers. Also, I should have known better than to go to this store... the assistant manager MINDY was rude to me the first day I walked in the store. She acted like I was not good enough to buy something from her store. She is a snob and does not deserve my hard earned money!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

i saw all the negitive comments and was nervous. i was on hold for short period and then a gentleman came on the phone. one of the seat springs in my lazy boy had broken. he got the id info and ordered part for me to be shipped directly to my house. it could not have been any easier. the only reason that i didnt give them 5 star rating is that the part isnt here yet. thanks lazy boy

The worst investment in furniture ever! I pre planed this purchase prior to an up coming shoulder surgery, as I couldn't lay down in bed after surgery. I had purchased a recliner and side table 12/2015 I had to order a common color special order ( that gets you stuck in their web ) after waiting 6 weeks no one notified me so I finally called them. They said yes the chair is ready for delivery, and we are into week 7 They delivered the chair (no table) They said they would have to order a table (what), after a few calls a salesman brought a floor model from the store. all wobbly loose, what a joke... after two weeks the chair would not decline and was broken in the open position. 2 weeks went by before a warranty tech came out and said, you need a new arm and assemble and hardware. Of course I have to wait 6 more weeks for the arm upholstery. After 6 weeks the arm shows up, then wait two more weeks for the tech to install it. On April 18th 2016 a new tech comes and said it's not the arm that is broken, it's the chair back...He said it must have fell off the truck! He took photos along with his report. ( I told him I just want my money back) it turn out they never called me back and that they have a new chair back being upholstered and it should arrive on May 17th then, I will wait 2 more weeks for the tech in June 2016 It's not over

Worst experience I have ever had with a furniture store. My recliner was delivered March 2 and four weeks later is still broken. The Store Manager is inept and the service department is rude and unwilling to provide a quick resolution to the problem I inherited. They have my $$$ so I'm screwed. Just spent $3000.00 on a sectional couch and it should have never left the factory. Pieces do not fit together good, seams don't even come close to lining up with each other, back side fabric doesn't even fit over bottom. Absolutely no satisfaction from store. They said that's all acceptable workmanship for lazy boy. Lazy boy must hire blind people to sew and have no quality inspection before it leaves the factory. Will never, ever buy a lazy boy again. I am also telling everyone not to buy lazy boy and hope they go belly-up!
