The house next to me is in foreclosure and you are named as the owner according to the person taking care of the property. I would like information on the property as I might be interested in purchasing for the right price.
The address is 3100 Beaverwood lane, Silver Spring, MD, 20906. Any information you could give me concerning this property would be appreciated.

6/11/2015 LBPS - This company has gone through a number of name
This company has gone through a number of name changes and now is goes by the name of Seterus. They now attempt to block their caller ID information to keep from being identified. They are one of the major mortgage servicers/debt collector for FNMA and are owned by IBM. They will often call homeowners of mortgages they service several times a day and not leave messages in an attempt to get you to answer their calls and ambush you with what you want. According to the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, the calling several times a day can be harassment. It is also a violation of the FDCPA to not identify themselves when they call. This also confirms their harassment to get you to answer for their ambush.

Yet they cannot always hide their caller information. I have a VoIP provider and these incoming calls show up on my call logs. Some of you may also have such or other services that log their incoming calls. If I can get two more homeowners who have been abused this way by Seterus I have one of the top plaintiffs law firms in the country considering a class action against this unscrupulous and abusive company for this and other abuses by this company, stop these practices and obtain compensation for these and other abuses. If you have a phone provider that has call logs please check them for this number. If they show more than a few calls in a single day by Seterus, please save these logs and contact me at [email protected] with your name, email, phone # and call logs. If you do not have a phone system that can identify and log these calls, get one. All I need are two more people with evidence and we can subpoena all their phone records and get them on every homeowner they've harassed in this manner up to the applicable statute of limitations. Again, my email is [email protected] I will also be able to let you know who my provider is and if you want to use them to gather evidence against Seterus.

Do not block their calls. Let them continue to call and dig a deeper hole for themselves. Gather evidence against them and let's hold them responsible. You have much more to gain this way.

8/10/2011 LBPS - I bought my house in 2007. Since then my mortgage
I bought my house in 2007. Since then my mortgage has been sold several times and is now with LBPS. They have to be the worst company I have ever dealt with. I have never been late on my mortgage since I purchased my house. LBPS has purposely made it difficult to make payments. At first you could only pay bewteen the 1st and the 3rd to avoid a $5 fee when paying on line. If you pay by Phone or by wire transfer the fees are over $10. If you pay by mail you probably will end up with a late fee because the complaints I have read from other customers is that it is taking them over 21 days to post payment when done by mail. I fax them a cancel check to start automatic payments out of my checking account---they were to send me an email confirming receipt of the fax--I am still waiting for the email. My property taxes are due in 2 weeks. I faxed them the bill in June---stil no payment has been made. We these people you constantly have to be on their back to see if they are doing there job. They know they are terrible at their job and that is why don't bother listing an email contact addresses. Try calling and you talk with somebody who is totally clueless. Because of the payment process and fees associated
with making mortgage payments along with the inability to make extra payments against your principle, I have forwarded my concerns to the Pennsylvania State Attorney for investigation into LBPS practices with a request that if they are violating PA legislation as far as mortgages are concern that LBPS be prevented from carrying out any mortgage transactions in the state of Pennsylvania. I am also waiting to the new consummer protection agency set up by the Obama adminstration in DC.
