services of LG CO TV div. is worst in Kanpur India..The service center have no experience service personnel.Company service center is only cheating the customers by taking cervices charges only for visiting.But doesn't turn back with spare parts for more than a month period.i think LG co Growth can not increase by only cheating Rs250/-+Tax.
I am highly disappointed like this services.If any body want to enquire the whole matter i will describe in detail.

bought a 2500 refrigerator 4 yrs ago quit working ...just stopped cooling and freezing
tech came out and said it was a seal system the copper tubing was blocked would cost 880 plus parts and labor
this is unbelievable how does coolant block a copper tube? never will buy another rig product ....had major TV issues also.... maybe there is something to this seal system thing I've seen it written here and other blogs in the past...... not like the old days when i was young ...a refrigerator that my parents bought in 1975 is still working....

I purchased a service contract for "repairs" on my refrigerator on 3/22/17. The "technician" set an all day appointment for 3/24/17 and after waiting the entire day neither showed up nor called. He arrived the following week after again setting an "all day appointment" and informed me that I needed a compressor! This is the same information that was confirmed on the 22nd. As of today's date (4/7/2017) I have not had my refrigerator repaired. no-one is able to tell me where the compressor is nor when it will arrive-if at all! I paid my contract charge in full and this is unacceptable. I have been on "hold" since 5:00 am this morning and it is now 10:00AM. It appears that the phone is just laying on someone's desk as I can hear an occasional cough. When I again called and asked for a supervisor, I was told that he was taking another call and I would have to call back! I called back to no avail. When I asked for the tracking number and the carrier, I was told that information could not be provided. This conduct is unacceptable.

TERRIBLE!!!! I HAD TO SEND MY PHONE BACK IN LATE SEPTEMBER TO GET THE PHONE FIXED DUE TO AN UPDATE. IT GOT STUCK IN A BOOT LOOP. I RECEIVED IT BACK WITH A SCRATCH ON THE LENGTH OF THE SCREEN DUE TO THEIR POOR SHIPPING PROCEDURES. I LET IT GO CAUSE IT WASNT EFFECTING THE SCREEN BUT SINCE THEN, THE SCREEN CRACKED (ON SCREEN THATS NOT SUPPOSEDLY EVER SUPPOSED TO CRACK OR SCRATCH). I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BECAUSE 'TOO MUCH TIME HAS PASSED' THEY ARENT GOING TO FIX IT FOR ME. THEY WANT ME TO PAY FOR THEIR POOR SHIPPING PROCEDURES. I THINK THIS IS COMPLETELY UNFAIR AND I WILL NEVER EVER BUY FROM SAMSUNG/LG EVER AGAIN. 10/28/2016 LG USA Phone Number - Purchased LG Tone bluetooth headset from retailer.
Purchased LG Tone bluetooth headset from retailer. 2 weeks later the headset ear piece malfunctions. Retailer offers no help and advises I have to go through LG. Call LG customer service and advised to send item to them in original purchase package and they sent a R.A. label. Receive item back 10 days later only to be told the headset was a knock off and not an original LG product, although they kept my original box I sent the item back in. Upon contacting LG, they offer no help, advise they throw the original purchase box away and just return the headset without the original purchase box. LG supervisor refuses to advise name of Customer Service Manager or even a mailing address for LG corporate offices. NEVER AGAIN-LG sucks.

8/23/2016 LG USA Phone Number - have 5 year old expensive LG refridgerator that
have 5 year old expensive LG refridgerator that stopped working. Lost all food in freezer and fridge. and LG could not find anyone to fix or even diagnose the problem, On the phone for hours at a time . Called Sears repair They sent someone Who was charging a $130 diagnosis fee. When they got here they said it was a sealed system and it would cost me $460 For the diagnosis with no guarantee they would be able to fix it . But I would still have to pay for the diagnostic fee. Threw them out.
Will never buy A LG appliance again. $2000 out the window with no support or care. Sears not much better. Bait and switch.

Backlight on 47LN5400 television went out after less than 24 months ownership. It worked fine and gave no indication something was wrong. Overseas customer service referred me to Out of Warranty Department who offered an authorized repair for $326. (Paid almost $800 when brand new). When I told them the price was unacceptable, they said "that's the policy since it's out of warranty". I called back after they hung up on me. The customer service rep repeated the "policy" and then got annoyed when I asked to be transferred to a supervisor. She stated, "I don't know why you want to speak to a supervisor. They're only going to repeat what I've just told you." I again requested to speak to a supervisor even if it meant hearing the same policy repeated. The rep put me on hold for less than a minute and quickly said a supervisor wasn't available until 10am the next day. I've never owned an electronic device that broke in less than 5 years. I definitely will not spend any money in the future on an LG product.

OMG.....our frig is still under warranty and when I called and told them what the problem was, they told me that model of refrigerator has a problem with the freezer seal. I told her it was fine until this past week. I asked them to send someone. She told me even if someone comes, they wont do anything about it. They sell seals at Lowes and Home Depot so the seal can be replaced, so don't tell me they won't do anything. I'm writing to the corporate office and will be contacting one of the local news stations. Frig isn't even a year old and the freezer seal is shot.
