I have also had nothing but trouble with this company. I ordered a mans ring. It came stone was out of it. Contacted them they then sent me another ring. fiance' war it for a bout three hours sitting in his chair the stone again fell out in the second ring. all he was doing was sitting in his chair watching tv.I again had to email them this time asking for a refund of my money. I have not received a phone call or a email, and they have not yet creditted my account. I am a extremely busy woman and do not want or need this hassel. I am extremely mad about this whole situation and all I want is for my money to be refunded. I really hate being taken and I would think businesses would not want to have negative comments about them for all to see, and would think they would make things right.I guess they do not care who they scam. I do not think that people should have to go thru so much hassel with a company to be able to get their money back when the product is oviously defective. Had I read these comments before i ordered the ring I would have never ever ordered from this company Limoges Jewelry has defective merchandise at least in my case.

I have had a horrible experience asw well with this company. I ordered a necklace and continued to check the status of my order online. It still said "your order is about to ship". I decided to call because it has been 3 1/2 weeks since I ordered this and I need the gift. When I called a very rude lady was speaking to me like I was a complete moron. Supposively I was sent an e-mail saying that my order had been cancelled, but I NEVER received one. My order has been cancelled now for about 2 1/2 weeks without my knowledge! I no longer have a gift for my mother-in-law because of this company's mistake. I then asked to talk to a surpervisor and was transferred to someone who was extremely difficult to understand. He didn't offer to resolve the problem or offer to rectify this issue in any way. He kept saying "I'm very sorry". This problem is NOT ok and I will NEVER use this company again.

I have also had a very unpleasant experience thus far with Limoges Jewelry representatives. I have been waiting 4 weeks for my order to come and still have not received anything. I have encountered a VERY rude associate through the online chat. She kept apologizing for any inconvenience but failed to do anything to help me with my problem. She assured me that she would be forwarding my complaints to her supervisor but I doubt this ever happened. I asked her for a phone number at which I could reach a customer service representative and she gave me a number to the US Attorney's Office!! She then proceeded to promptly end the conversation and sign off of chat for the night, leaving me with unanswered questions and fuming. I found the number listed above and found a very nice representative on the other end of the line. She did help me answer my questions, but I am still disappointed with my late order and the fact that you cannot track orders after they have been "shipped" since they are mailed through the US Postal Service. I would like to see further improvement in customer satisfaction and more sophisticated, customer centered business strategies. If I receive the necklaces and the gems are bad quality that will be the last straw for me.

I have spoken to two representatives and the first one was extremely rude, impatient, and lacked skills. the supervisor would not even apologize for the rep. she would only say that she would give it the highest escalaltion. i said i wanted an email or phone call from someone within 24 hours. it's been 2 weeks. between the catalog and their paperwork that accompanies the order they give 3 different time frames in order to return the product.
i emailed my complaint when no one returned my call and to this day and i've emailed 3 times no one has responded. one piece of jewelery came and the crystals did not match how they looked in the catalaog. i want to return them but they say you must enclose 3.99 for s & h which it does not state anywhere in the magazine. they give you a shipping label and then tell you pay to track it. i can send the jewelery back for less than the 3.99 they demand i send to them with my return. i paid for shipping to begin with when i placed my order. if i use their label, enclose the 3.99 they demand for s & h why do i then need to pay more to track it.
