1/9/2017 Living Social - When one cannot even understand the customer
When one cannot even understand the customer service agent on the phone because they are breathing too heavily in to their headsets/phone, how are we to resolve any matter? This is the poorest service ever! Once I was able to hear her (Jasmine), I could barely understand what she was trying to tell me...which after several iterations of asking her to repeat herself, ended up with me being deferred to contact the merchant whose expired voucher I was having problems with. I will not buy another LS voucher ever again nor will I ever recommend this company. It was a waste of my time to even try and resolve this matter by calling in.

Why is your customer service number out of service?? How do you run a respectable business when you disconnect your phone? I have numerous vouchers to go over with you so on line is not the way to go.
I too have had difficulties claiming my vouchers with your vendors. Some of which say they never even signed up with Living Social. Worst customer service! Everyone needs to purchase from Groupon. They have excellent customer service, even when you forget to use a voucher and it's expired!

I bought a subscription of highlights magazine through blue dolphin magazines from living social from my nephew which he never received. I have spent an enormous amount of time on hold for living social customer service only to be told to contact blue dolphin magazines. When I call them I am told to call living social. This has been going back and forth since last July. I'm told it is resolved but he has yet to receive a magazine.

My experience in the past has been great BUT I have recently purchased a service and when I called to schedule, the company said they never signed up with Living Social. The company said they have had numerous calls for service claiming they too purchased from Living Social. I have asked for a refund and they put it in My Deal Bucks. If you have products etc. for purchase and they have never signed up with you, I should get a refund back to my credit card...not to use with you in the future.
So I thought, okay, I will try and purchase another item. So I select an event to do on a future trip. After I hit purchase, I see the USE BY date is August 31, 2016. While I should have seen the small print, why do you have items on your site for purchase if they are expired!?!? Now, I am going to have that much more I am stuck with using with your company. I DO NOT want to use your services any more as they are not close to being reliable!! There is not email to be able to contact you regarding this only a number that is available Monday thru Friday. I want a full refund to my credit card.
