On more than one occasion the technical support department has tried to help me fix the problem with this system. I recently purchased the LOREX LH030. I have been unable to download the files needed for operation specified on the LOREX "Quick PC/MAC Guide". The guide indicated I should download "Client Software for PC". It appears that the guide misdirects or is for another model? Telephone calls to LOREX unsuccessful for advice on installation or application. Have I purchased a junk security system that is not supported by LOREX?

I purchased the LH030 system in good faith and reasonably expected good faith support. I possibly made an error with this purchase. The time I have expended attempting to follow the guides instructions has been excessive and not the 15/30 minute start up time the guide suggested.

I'm also very dissatisfied with the quality of service from Lorex so far.I will NEVER EVER buy anything from Lorex and if everyone else does the same they will be history. VERY POOR customer service... like they don't have any! I submitted a service ticket five days ago and have yet to hear from anyone I had to call them. I had my DVR box go out Now they want me to pay for shipping back to them. So after I did no call no tracking number told would take five day to process well now I am told it will take longer.

How do these people stay in business ??? I will NEVER EVER buy anything from Lorex and if everyone else does the same they will be history. They sell cameras for inside and outside, but the one for the outside are not to be in the rain or snow. You don't know this until you get them and then you find out, they are not waterproof. Now they want me to pay for shipping back to them. Misleading from the get go.

1/2/2016 Lorex - I ordered a 12 camera set on Black Friday.
I ordered a 12 camera set on Black Friday. Received it minus 1 camera. I called the next day, I am still awaiting the replacement. Then after paying someone to install the unit, the DVR is loud and disturbing. I spoke to a rep. on support who was really great, did everything in his power to make things right, however, apparently the shipping area seems to have a contest among themselves, "Who can mess the customer best. I am now awaiting the replacement DVD and missing Camera. Today's date is Jan. 2 2016. I am about to contact the Better Business Bureau. It is ridiculous.

Its the worst company and customer support I have ever dealt with. surprised still in business. 40 minutes on hold finally talked with a rep put me on hold again waited 30 more minutes he never got back and I decided to hang up. I was checking on a status of a service ticket. # 1583912

12/2/2015 Tried for 4 hours on Tuesday to contact Lorex
Tried for 4 hours on Tuesday. Put a call back number in, machine said would hold place in line.
Must have been a long line as it is now Wednesday and they open at 9 am Eastern.
Guess I will try again. Should I send back the entire thing, uninstalled as of this moment
