Bad bad customer service . They did not honor the reduced sale price and they claimed it is a mistake! I spent thousands of dollar at Lululemon through the years and I will never shop at Lululemon again. They lost a very good customer.

10/10/2015 Lululemon - i started Vinyasa hot Yoga about 8 months ago and
i started Vinyasa hot Yoga about 8 months ago and purchased the Lululemon's large size mat, at first it was impressive. The size was and still is perfect but the grip has gone away. No matter what I do it has become so slippery after only 5 months of use. I have had to purchase and use a rug on top of the mat now for the last few months and all the mat is good for now is to keep the rug from slipping on the floor.
I thought I have placed a review on their web page and with customer service and still have not even received a response.
I'm disappointed !

Bummer you guys have had such bad return experiences.
I received a size 6 speed short from New Zealand from my family .
It was actually a size 8 miss labeled .

Wow Lululemon, What terrible customer service you have. Really, just two weeks to return an item? Not only would they not give me a refund, but a credit was out of the question also, despite the fact that I had receipts and the tags were still on the item. Your Cherry Creek store has the most unhelpful, disinterested people I have come across. I would expect more from you, particularly in that location, where customers are used to being valued and respected.
This attitude is very disappointing and short sighted. Because of this interaction you have lost a good customer. There are many companies out there competing with you that appreciate their patrons and will treat them well.

11/9/2012 Lululemon - buyer beware. If you buy something and the price
buyer beware. If you buy something and the price drops 30 to 40% within a week or two, you could return the item but figure you don't need to...they will adjust or at least give you a credit so you get the better price...right??? wrong. and if you are Christmas shopping, make sure you get a gift receipt. Plus read the fine print. I know someone who was refused a gift reciept because "it was too early". Be VERY CAREFUL.

I agree with the bad return policy. It used to be much more flexible. I tried to exchange an item for a different colour. They would not hear of it, even questioning whether I had purchased the item at this store! It was 2 months later, but stil think they would accommodate a good customer. I'll think twice before buying here again. Too bad...

Your quality, construction and design is second to none in this industry.. I have all your shorts and most all of your tops for men. They look new every time they are worn. Your help in the Naples store is informative and very helpful. The only thing I have an issue with is the corporate posturing on ordering or having it shipped in from another store. It is very customer unfriendly regarding this policy. How big a deal is to put several hundred dollars worth of goods in a box and even charge the customer and forward it to a store where your loyal customers reside?. It really sends the wrong message to loyal customers...

6/13/2012 Lululemon - I was in love with your clothing and yogi mindset.
I was in love with your clothing and yogi mindset. Well that changed very sudden, when I tried to apply for a job at your San Diego Store, I was directed to a web site that asked me to upload a photo.

That made my stomach turn. I expected so much better from a company that markets themselves as being extremely open minded.

I will never buy another piece of clothing again from you guys. It's a shame because you guys do manufacture some of the best workout clothing I have worn, but i can NOT support a company tha that requires a picture as part of your hireing process.

I will share this with all the people I do yoga with hopefully they will have the sense to not buy your clothing as well, AND I WILL also share this with Yoga Journal. I noticed you guys has a whole page of ad in their magazine, not sure anyone will listen since you guys pay a lot of $$$ to advertise with them.

3/1/2012 Lululemon - I have purchased several lu lu lemon products. I
I have purchased several lu lu lemon products. I washed one sweater in cold water and hung it to dry. (first time it had been washed) And it came apart. I sent in photos of the hoodie and was told it was burnt. Yet, I hung it to dry. Do not pay this kind of money if the company will not stand behind their product. On the downside we had a housefire and have replacement, in our contents list we have around 7 thousand dollars of lu lu lemon products to replace. I refuse to replace any of these items due to lu lu lemon will not stand behind their products..American Eagle and Aritzia stand behind their products, so a company is choosing to loose a 7 thousand dollars order over one hoodie???????

2/5/2012 Lululemon - I have had the most frustarating and
I have had the most frustarating and dissappointing situation with Lululemon. Not only did they refuse to accept the return or credit me for a gift I received but they were very rude. My daughter gave me Christmas gift that did not fit. When I went to return/exchange it I was told it was past the date--they change colors and styles often so can't accept returns after 2 weeks (or at Christmas until Jan 8) Not only did I not know that but neither did my daughter who purchased it for me. I have spent literally thousands of dollars at Lululemon buying itmes for my 2 daughters, daughter-in-law and myself. The day this happened I was also purchasing an outfit for my daughter's birthday. When I told the salesperson (who happened to be the store manager of the Walnut Creek, Ca store) that it didn't fit she suggeswted that I "just give it to a friend"---this after my daugher spent an exhorbitant amount on a running top for me!!! She also didn't seem to care when later that day after considering all of this I brought back the outfit that I had just purchased for my daughter. I havbe tried to call theri corporate number and just been given an "educator" who reinterates their "policy" I will definitely buy my exercise clothing and my gifts eleswhere after their very cavelier attitude. I don't need to patronize a store that treats its customers like this! They have better customer service at Target!!! Stay away from Lululemon!!!
