ILori store in the Millennia Mall Orlando Florida has the rudest manager! First of all she treated us as if we did not belong in the store. Then she asked if we needed help and when my daughter mentioned she works for a store that is owned by Luxottica and had earned a gift certificate she basically in her condescending voice said she could not use it in her store. Luxottica is a great company but needs to do some serious training in the attitudes of the managers at these high end stores. Never judge a book by it's cover and every customer should be treated with respect! Shame on her!

To Who It May Concern: I purchased a pair of PERSOL Prescription Sunglasses from Orlando Lenscrafters Store on Colonial Street in 2014. The frame broke due to manufactory defect approximately 11 months after I purchased the glasses. I physically took the eyewear into the store and illustrated to the manager and several employees that the cause of the break were due to the product and not wear and tear. the manager agreed that the position of the break and how the break occurred it could have been caused by the sun. I informed that manager that the eyewear of sunglass this is the state of Florida; the heat is intense daily. Therefore, I requested that the frame be replaced. I assured the manager that he damage did not cause by wear and tear. It was a product issue and should be replaced, plus I have been a loyal customer for many years. The manager declined to replace the eyewear and the problem remain unresolved. I have decided to purchase eyewear and received an eye exam from Sear and purchase eyewear from Pearle Vision due to such poor customer services at Lenscrafter store in Orlando. Please assist me in resolve this manner. I would like to continue the comfort I received for wearing Persol Eyewear in the past prior to unforeseen damage. Thanks

10/23/2014 Luxottica Retail North America - Took the new "script" to Target Optical Center in
Took the new "script" to Target Optical Center in PORT ORANGE, FL about 6 days ago.
Saw a pair of plastic frames I liked.
Sat down with the "salesperson" (an older woman) to discuss the type of lenses I wanted.
The nice lady told me she was a licensed optometrist.
Explained to her that I wanted transitional progressive lenses.
She told me there was a sale which reduced the price of progressive lenses by $100 dollars. She asked if I was a member of AAA or AARP; I said I was a member. She exclaimed that she could give me an additional 30% off the price.
So she type everything into her computer and gave a price.
Here it is - $599 dollars. (wondered how much it would be without the sale and discount)
She said it was a great deal with the discounts.
I sort of laugh, thanked her and left.
Two days later, I was in Target again.
I walked passed the optical center and noticed there was a different person behind the counter. I went in, found the same frames again, and asked how much it would be for progressive transitional lenses. Sat down with the new person, she made no mention of discounts, no mention of sales. She typed the same information into her computer. She gave me price of $349 dollars. I asked about discounts for AARP or AAA she said she could cut 10% of the price so the price would be $315 dollars.
I thanked her and left. So I wonder if the first person was a thief, or if the policy of Target Optical (LUXOTTICA) is to rip people off. Either that or you have a whimsical pricing method. -- How could I ever trust from a loxottica store again?

Luxottica is a very good company, i am very happy with your target optical in san mateo, ca. Edith, optical team leader is very knowledgeable and very professional, she knows what she is taking about and she can sell. In the past year, i recommended that store to my friends and they are very happy with the professionalism and sales customer service of the team leader, Edith is a one person sales machine. I have been also to your daly city store lately and the team leader is not very professional, all they want is to sell, its not what I expected. I will be going to the san mateo stores and i will recommend them to see the team leader there because she respects us customers and needs. Luxottica should promote her to retail customer service instructor. She has the qualifications, the professionalism and the knowledge. I assume she has an optician license, she is an asset to the company....my friends and I will not buy at any stores as long as all your associates are like her.....A very big " bravo zulu" to Edith and her team..

INCREDIBLE!!! I bought a pair of PRADA sunglasses, I went to DEVLYN, the store were I bought them and they told me to take them to the glasses hospital since they couldnt fix them, after I got mad for obvious reasons I was told to call LUXOTTICA since the problem in fact is a flaw from the glasses. They didnt give me a phonenumber or adress to call because they didnt have it. This will be the second time that I have problems with this glasses since I bought them. TERRIBLE SERVICE.
