7/25/2010 THIS GADGET IS SUPPOSED TO HELP ME SAVE MONEY,NOT TO INCREASE MY PHONE BILL....I PURCHASED MINUTES TO MAKE INTERNATIONAL CALLS BUT SEEMS TO ME THAT SUCH CALLS GO THRU MY TELEPHONE PROVIDER AND I GOT BILLED OVER A $100.00 HAVING BASIC PHONE SERVICE....WILL THEY PAY THE BILL FOR ME...GUESS NOT..THIS IS A RIP OFF..PERIOD

7/23/2010 we call this thing magic sucks Ipayed last year and never used it because it never worked so now I thied to hook it up to a different comp. to see if i have better luck but now it says my accound is expired. what I never used it I sent about 15 complaints it to try to get it to work no one helped me ever. I am pissed off they should turn it back on so i can see if it will work Im not paying again then find out it wont work and loose my money again. It never rang and most of the time there was no sound on the line. and if I got lucky and got a dial tone then there was a long delay between every word and people tought i hung up on them. some one should make this right i did nothing but complain just to be ignored if i dont get help im gonna call the BBB. I will call on friday if noone contacts me. I have complained enough, you need to fix this.

6/14/2010 HOW IN the WOrld do i EVER GET ANyONE to ANSWER MY QUESTIONS!> FRST YEar went by greaT! now this thing is rediculose.This insane magic jack sighn wont get off my screen. OMG!. And my TWO phone LINES that i paid in advance are STILL NOT WORKING!. HELP NOW!.

5/20/2010 i currently have the magic jack and i am a student at an online college. i move around a lot and sometimes i want to take the phone because it says all u have to do is hook it to a computer with a phone and it works. well, everytime i tried to hgook it to some ones elses computer or my new computer i bought it didnt work i have call this company three times to resolve it works but if ur computer shuts down u have to call them and get them to fix it agian. even when i thought that if i just hooked it to the original computer it was hooked to when i first got it ther would be less problems but it is still hell to work with every few days i had to call now i dont even plug it in it just sits there i paid to get a real house phone threw time warner.

5/19/2010 I have a FIVE year contract , PAID ! And after one year my phone was shut off . I've been on the computer for 3 hours trying to correct it and it still is not resloved . I need my phone for work . I am not happy with Magic Jack ! ! !
