My Atty. General beats your webmaster. Never signed for this and I suggest you dare not renew your product, auto or otherwise to an account that isn't or was fabricated. I'm also seriously handicapped and Pam Madigan will not take kindly to your abuse of a hadicapped person. I'm sick of you computer rip-off junkies. I will make an issue of this which will continue through time. There better not be a charge from you anywhere. I will make things as miserable for you as you have made them for others. Make no mistake, this is for real. It makes no difference to me whether this is added. Only that you are aware of the consequences. You don't have the guts to print this. Michelle Usvolk

If you buy Mcafee 2010 you better hope you never need support and if you do then expect to convers with agents who speek poor english and can actually do very little so solve more than basic problems. I have spent 7 hours on the phone and their gotoassist web chat. Most of that was on hold for 1 or 2 minutes that turned into 20 to 30 minutes. Then try to contact corporate and you end up talking to the same people in India. Its an endless cycle. Mcafee loves to sell a product that they put little effort into supporting. Good luck if you purchase this product.

----------------------MCAFEE USERS BEWARE--------------------- I just got a charge on my bank account for $39.99 by McAfee after not using them for three years. They automatically renewed my service. I logged in to my old McAfee account and I see that it shows automatic renewal is turned off. I review their policy and it says that if they are going to renew they will send an email. Did I receive an email NO I DID NOT. I thought to myself, I should see if they did this last year. I pull out my old bank statement from last year and Low and Behold there is another charge. They have been doing this since I called and cancelled them. YES I CALLED THEM IN 2007 AND CANCELLED MY SERVICE BECAUSE THEY AUTOMATICALLY RENEWED ME WITHOUT PERMISSION. They even gave me back my money in 2007 and I was told to change my account to show no automatic renewal. I did this while I was on the phone back in 2007 when I was on the phone with customer service. I told him to delete my credit card number. He said that all my account info was deleted. REALLY THEN WHY AM I STILL BEING CHARGED YEARS EARLIER. MCAFEE ----- I WILL BE CONTACTING THE MY ATTORNEY GENERAL!

Comcast used to offer free McAfee. They changed to Norton's. I tried to uninstall MCAffee. It will not uninstall Parental Controls or Security Center. My computer is not protected and I cannot download Norton's until they are what do I do? I guess due to reading all of these comments we now know the reason for the change

06/01/2010. Received credit card statement for renewal of MCAFEE Security. Have not had Mcafee since last March. Please send me $74.19 as this was charged by Macfee on my credit card without my authorization to do so.

I was charged $79.99 for renewal of my McAfee. I DON'T want auto renewal. Quit charging my account for this. I will manually renew my account if I choose to do so. Now I'm trying to get a refund and all I get is ERROR on page for customer service. What is wrong with McAfee????? I have had it for years and I am not pleased with the service I get. McAfee is going down the tubes..... My subscription expires on 6/25/10 and I was charged $79.99 on 5/16/10.
