6/8/2015 Medco Pharmacy - this is quite possibly the worst service that one
this is quite possibly the worst service that one could ever imagine. at every HR meeting our employees bring up the fact that this is the most frustrating service any company in the civalized world would happen to ever have to deal with. MEDCO EXPRESS SCRIPTS is quite simply the Worlds Worst to deal with. Just Run if you are interested in dealing with these people.

I've had nothing but bad luck with these people. I can spend 3 days on the telephone trying to fill a prescription and, it must always go to the pharmacist. Clearly, the profits for this company lie within contracting to Verizon and NOT delivering and prescriptions.

2/7/2014 Medco Pharmacy - Not contacted by Medco regarding a invalid credit card
I was not contacted regarding a invalid credit card issue (the credit card is an HSA credit card, the card number has not changed, but the expiration of the card was extended to 1/17. I tried to enter the same card number and it was still declined. I have not recieved any meds from medco in over 8 months and the my meds are getting low. If a customer is paying on time, why treat the customer so poorly? As seen by other upset customers comments, I am sure I will not hear from medco, so I plan to go eslewhere with my business, even if it costs me more. Low cost is not a good trade off for poor customer service.

Disappointed in Indy

1/16/2014 Medco Pharmacy: Do I have to re-register?
Medco Pharmacy: For the past several years I have had Medco through insurance co A, now I have changed to insurance co B who, also, uses Medco; why do I have to have an appointment to get new prescriptions? I still go to the same MD, take the same medications, and use you for those prescriptions; all that has changed is who pays you and how much the copay is. WHY DO I HAVE TO HAVE NEW PRESCRIPTIONS AT THE BEGINING OF EACH YEAR?

Why haven't you loaded the new coverage information? Do I have to re-register? Talk about waste for you....medicare....and my pocketbook!

12/24/2013 Medco Pharmacy - Express Scripts merger with MEDCO is not working for us
Express Scripts merged with MEDCO. I have United Health Care and have been r=trying to get my medicine sent to me for the past 2 months. For some reason they do not know how to manage the program. Unfortunately my medicine is for a heart condition so if I die because I am not able to get my prescriptions then my wife and lawyer will go after the company and own it. I hope it don't get to this extreme. This is a perfect example of mergers and big companies not caring for their paying customers.

10/7/2013 Medco Pharmacy - About 1 more confusing message from Medco/Express
About 1 more confusing message from Medco/Express Scripts and I will attempt to fill my prescriptions locally. The automated messages need to be eliminated. I'd rather pay more and have less hassle.

12/27/2012 Medco Pharmacy - Through my wife's work we are covered under United
Through my wife's work we are covered under United Health insurance for prescriptions, doctors, etc.. She has $3000 per annum deductible plan under this provider, but we rarely,
if ever have reached that amount. Instead we pay through an Eflex account into which she and her employer contribute an amount each pay period. At he end of the calendar year, any money left in the account is forfeited. My wife needs to fill a prescription for an eye medication, Restais, and submitted the prescription to Medco along with her Eflex account number. Medco's bill for the meds is $748.21. The amount in the Eflex account on Dec. 27 is $748.14. I guess we'll owe Medco seven cents. The same prescription filled at Walgreens is $519.00 and at Cosco $450.00. How coincidental is that!!! Medco should charge for the cost of the medication; not by what's left in the Eflex account.

12/17/2012 Medco Pharmacy - IMPOSSIBLE TO CONTACT A CUSTOMER SERVICE
IMPOSSIBLE TO CONTACT A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPPRESENTATIVE

I am writing to express my dis-satisfaction with your telephone customer service. On December 17, 2012, I made at least 6 attempts to contact a customer service representative to pay the above mentioned invoice by phone (a task I frequently did with Medco). Each time I was told to hold for a representative, I was transferred to a busy signal. Shame on you Express Scripts. After I pay this bill, I will transfer my business to a pharmacy service interested in speaking with its clients.
