Dear Sirs,I am writing this letter to complain about the way you have handled my claim payments for the months of Nov. and Dec. 2013. I called you this last week and had my insureance Broker call you. My insurance name is, from Utah. I have been promised that the checks for the these two months were in the mail ' AS of yet there have been no checkd. I ncan asusume your people are lying to me' Do I need to et ahold of the Insureance comissionure of Ms. and file a complaint and the better business buerue and inform then of your incompident and lousy service.
