7/31/2010 I have had my email account, ronchief@msn.com, hacked. I am unable to get on or change my password. I am unable to give the correct information because it has been changed. I am frustrated with MSN. I cannot find an email or phone number to help. Your windowslivehelp.com is totally useless in this situation. Someone please help me. I opened a new account at @hotmail.com just to be able to communicate.

7/26/2010 I received a message from a Windows live team, @hotmail.com and they want my personel info to verify my account I have had with hotmail for years or it will be closed. When you even try to verify the account you can't reply it along? If want to know if this if valid or not. They want DOB, password, name, e-mail, country. Saying having congestion due to anonymous registrations. Please get right back to me as my account is linked to my business e-mail and I can't loose it. If this is valid how do you reply my info along? Thank You.

7/23/2010 I had msn hotmail for years, on 7/21/10, around 4:00 p.m. my hotmail e-mail would not let me sign in. It kept telling me I had the wrong e-mail password, and to reset. I have had this same password and account for years folks, I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHAT THE HECK IS GOING ON.I THINK FOUR DAYS AGO THEIR "TEAM" SENT ME AN E-MAIL SAYING THEY ARE CLOSING OLD ACCOUNTS, THAT HAVE NOT BEEN USED IN A WHILE, I'VE HAD MY ACCCOUNT WITH THE SAME PASSWORD FOR YEARS. I WOULD LIKE TO SEND THE "TEAM" A E-MAIL, BUT CAN'T AT THIS POINT, I CAN'T OPEN MY ACCOUNT IT HAS BEEN "LOCKED". OH WELL, AOL HERE I COME.....

7/12/2010 I have trouble getting alot of things on MSN. I always receive a message saying it is having technical difficulties. I don't understand how that can happen so often. And also it freezes up alot on me and I have to disconnect and then log in again, very frustrating.

7/3/2010 just switched to cricket broadband which works great other than times out when trying to get to hotmail or ebay accounts is there anything I can do?

6/24/2010 Everything I try to do connected to MSN is extremely slow. Most of the time, I am unable to connect to websites. I have been with MSN for a very long time and this seems to happen some times. Why? I am very frsutrated.

6/16/2010 I changed from Qwest to Comcast. There was a message on my MSN homepage that my MSN account had expired. What do I have to do to reaquire my account? I love MSN better than any homepage I've had. I just started with Comcast and I don't like it. It's not as fast as they claim, my opinion is it's not really any faster than my Qwest DSL. OK, I would like my MSN account back, how much would this cost me? My email address was @msn.com

4/21/2010 cannot log-in. There is a message that says "site undergoing maintenance"......have been unable to log-in for 6 hours now.
