10/14/2016 To connected to MSN customer service is like
To connected to MSN customer service is like asking to the President of the United States. I am always given the run around. I was connected to an Indian so called technical support with a heavy accent, at first tried to help me with some technical problems and the next thing I was connected to Advanced Identity Support for $100. What is going on? Are you running a racket of some kind? I am very discouraged with MSN.

3/24/2016 MSN - In my first try I went through the phone number
In my first try, I went through the phone number 1-888-269-010. After some time, I talked to an agent who said he would have an agent call me back. He did so in short order. He quickly advised me that my problem was that my computer had been hacked, He advised be that was not an MSN responsibility, but he could it for a fee. This quickly reminded me of a similar problem with Microsoft problem I then noticed his talk was hard to clear, similar to one from a person in India. I trust you understand what I am taking about.
I would be bost grateful If you could correct this problem.

After making a comment about how worthless the New York Times has become I no longer am able to comment on MSN since the beginning of February 2016. I've looked for the Comment block after each story and Now there is no Comment block. Could you please fix this issue or I will change Homepages. MSN isn't the only homepage on the web. Thanks.

9/13/2015 MSN decided to change my page into the Thai language
I was travelling in Thailand last year and MSN decided to change my page into the Thai language. The alphabet isn't even the same, so there is no way of trying to figure out what any of the buttons represent. Even thought I have been back in the USA for nine months, it still comes up in the Thai language. I'll try calling customer service and suffer the treatment of long waits and dealing with the robotic voice. Ugh!

9/2/2015 This is about the MSN website. It's my homepage
This is about the MSN website. It's my homepage and I've always found it to be too relentlessly liberal in the stories it presents. How about a little variety of opinion for a change? Let us make up our own minds instead of trying to hammer your viewpoint into our heads.
