dear sirs, I never used your service for 1. Even your own representative, 2 of them, could not get my phone to work. I was told to wait 24 hours for my phone to reset, well...it never did. I did switch from
T-mobile service to Walmart Family mobile, and at this very point...my expensive phone stopped working. Under
T-moble, my phone worked fine. Please, understand that for me to pay you $43.08 is paying for nothing. It took 2

or 3 days, and at least 3 - 4 hours of waiting for your representative to get your service to work on my phone.

7/25/2014 My Family Mobile - I have been waiting for 2 days to get my phone
I have been waiting for 2 days to get my phone activated. All my icons and everything are there and I can receive messages but nothing outgoing will work. I was told the sim card was bad. So, I went and purchased a second sim card and was told again it was a bad sim card. Is there anyway someone else can help me? I need my phone. Thank you.
