I recently tried to upgrade my phone at the Walmart store in Bristol, Va. I was told, by the associate behind the counter, that Walmart no can no longer transfer my data from my old phone to a new phone. That was not acceptable. I went to T Mobile and bought a new phone and had my data transferred. Not good customer service from Walmart.
I got my final bill from Family Mobile, and made out a check to pay the final bill. Went to the Walmart in Bristol, Va, and was told they cannot accept my check. I will not use a debit card, Again not good customer service. If you want my payment please inform me where to mail the check.

I went with family Mobile from Walmart. Every time I called friends my name came as a women's name. My name was not on the phone I was given. I called and got a run around. After embarrassment and friends not picking up when I called I went in to cancel one day after the required 30 days. A person at Walmart called to cancel and I was told they hade canceled the phone. I asked if I owed anything and the person called and told everything was fine. I never received an official bill but a month later I received a bill informing me that I was late and was charged late fees. I called and discussed the situation and I was told they would deduct the late fees. I paid and just got another noticed a month later that I owed late fees and must pay them. I would advise people not to deal with this company. They are a phone company with no intelligent back up. No communication skills within the company. They have stressed me out for no reason after I offered to pay the and was I owed nothing. Then came harassment and additional charges for nothing I had done wrong. I wanted to pay what I owed and now I owe than I should. Company is a rip off. I did not get want I asked for and they want pay late fees. I paid what I owed. Let's go to court.

T-mobile service to Walmart Family mobile, and at this very point...my expensive phone stopped working. Under
T-moble, my phone worked fine. Please, understand that for me to pay you $43.08 is paying for nothing. It took 2

or 3 days, and at least 3 - 4 hours of waiting for your representative to get your service to work on my phone.

7/25/2014 My Family Mobile - I have been waiting for 2 days to get my phone
I have been waiting for 2 days to get my phone activated. All my icons and everything are there and I can receive messages but nothing outgoing will work. I was told the sim card was bad. So, I went and purchased a second sim card and was told again it was a bad sim card. Is there anyway someone else can help me? I need my phone. Thank you.
