I order red lobster cards I order them in 9/16 or 10/16 I would like to have my cards.I have never had any trouble before I tried to order cards before. I called and was to order a ecard I was not told how to do it. Also the lady I talked to was very snappy with me.

I used up points for 3 e-gift certificates, 2 in November 2016 and 1 in December 2016, and only received 1. I've been with MyPoints for over 12 years and never had a problem. After 2 email attempts to speak with someone, both ignored, I don't believe they are as reputable as they used to be. I'm sorry to see them go downhill, and very disappointed!

12/16/2016 MyPoints - Have always loved being a part of My Points until
Have always loved being a part of My Points until a few days ago. Tried for days to access account after changing my email address to no avail. Opened a new account hoping to link them, oooooooops............bad idea, because now instead of having 25,000+ points(which I really worked hard to get), I now have 100 under the second account and the original has vanished. Have sent about 7 emails to customer service and now 2 phone calls to customer service and SURPRISE, no one has contacted me. Was planning on cashing a bunch in to use for a flight, but doesn't look like that is going to happen. Some kind of contact from you would really be nice. Thank you.
