I will be calling the Better Business Bureau to report your company.

I have written you a few times for assistance with redeeming my points. and finally I asked you to make the redemption for me, as I followed the instructions that were provided in your replies, and still I had no success.

I have made multiple attempts at redeeming my points, but I have had no success, and there is no way to telephone anyone at your company to resolve the matter.

Your customer service is pathetic.

Used to be mypoints.com was one of the better sites to deal with. Now they are getting like memolink.com and they don't respond to inquiries. I've tried to contact them for the past month and no response, now when I fill out the customer support form I get an error that I have been suspended.
WTF...I'm getting upset with these companies that have people do stuff to make them money and the user racks up points on for the company to stop responding and the points and time were for nothing.
I've had this happen several times now.
My suggestion for everyone is to cash out your points...if you can't get the physical card GET THE E-CARD, I just cashed out some of mine and it worked. I can't actually sign in to my account which is weird, but my account comes up and my name is showing and I click on redeem and it worked. TRY IT...it might work for you tool

This MyPoints company is the PITS! I have been a member since 1999 and NOW all of a sudden, I cannot redeem my points for a gift card. I have tried this on several different computers and all different browsers. I have sent numerous emails and all they do is respond with scripted responses. They pay NO attention to what you say in the emails! I cannot find a phone number to contact them and they refuse to call me.

What in the world is wrong with these people? I guess when the membership is FREE to join, they do not care. I have over 11,000 points and cannot redeem anything!

I am going to be taking this to my local news station. I have had enough!!!!!
