I would rate MyPoints a negative if I could. I am getting the birth date runaround and no one seems to reply from customer service and the e-mail through the web site has been not functioning for over a week. It almost appears they have ramped down for a shut-down of the site. You can still accumulate points (money in their pocket), but you can't redeem points (money stays in their pocket).

Very frustrating indeed. I hate being ripped off.

If there was a score lower than 1 star, I would have chosen that one. I had to change my email and address. I have never received the confirmation email at my new email addy. I ave sent emails and submitted requests. There is no answer. Now I now longer receive emails of any kind to earn points and get gift certificates. I have been with the site over 8 years.

The only email I received was 1 in my old addy telling me to click the confirmation email at my new email. I'm frustrated. I have never had problems in the past, Ever.

7/13/2016 MyPoints - I am not sure what is going on and after reading
I am not sure what is going on and after reading some the comments I really feel discouraged. I've never had a problem with MyPoints before so I was really surprised to see one, that many others have had or is currently having the same issue and two, I'm finding (per the comments left) that this seems to be the norm for My Points. Really upset as I have been emailing them since April about a problem receiving points for a purchase I made and and should received 8pts per $. Initially I received a response but it was a generic one asking for info I provided in my original inquiry. "Louise" (the rep who was responding to my emails) was very rude and never really address my inquiry. Again, that was April. It is now July, still no points so I emailed them again a couple of days ago and got no response. But I guess this is how they treat loyal members as I have been one for a very long time. Wondering if it is even worth calling them about it b/c I suspect nothing will be resolved yet again.

5/23/2016 MyPoints - My account was suddenly identified as
My account was suddenly identified as "unavailable". I do have 100K+ points in my account accumulated in the past few years. The only way that you can "appeal" is to send them an online inquiry, at the bottom of which it asked for DOB. I do remember that they never had my DOB when i created the account.
I sent inquiry anyway with my DOB, however, they never responded. I tried my best to see if there is any phone number to call in but failed
I was considering if and when i will BBB them. My 100K+ points can basically redeem $800+ staples gift cards

5/8/2016 MyPoints - And now to top it all off, they have blocked me
And now to top it all off, they have blocked me from making any comments on their Facebook page! Does anyone know if there is anything we can do about these problems? Or do we just have to give up our points and go to ebates.com? I know somebody mentioned sending a complaint to the BBB but I don't think it's going to matter to whoever is running MP at this point. If they are not responding to customers and are being rude if they do bother to respond, then I'm guessing problems with the BBB won't affect them at all.

5/7/2016 MyPoints - I am SOOOOOOO glad to see that I am not the only
I am SOOOOOOO glad to see that I am not the only one suddenly having issues with MyPoints! They used to be a really good site and have suddenly just gone to hell. I sent three emails asking for them to correct my account so that I could redeem some of my points for a gift card. As stated above, crickets. Then I finally went to their Facebook page and messaged them that way. Obviously at that point, I was extremely irritated and I was not abusive but I was done being polite. I got a return message from one of their so called customer service reps telling me that I should apologize to them and that being abusive and defamatory was not the way to get assistance during the weekend!!! I hate to give up all of the points that I have built up as I wanted to redeem them for some gift cards but I will begin using ebates.com for all future online purchases as I am beyond done with MyPoints. I'm going to assume that the company has been sold and that the new owner(s) only care about collecting money and not making good on their responsibilities to us.

I would like to redeem some mypoints as soon as possible . I have been in touch with them thru e Mail . They tell me my date of birth is not correct . I also told them I have a birth certificate to show them or to fax if they would give me some place to send it. Disgusted with them , Feel like I am getting the run around .

3/5/2016 I am having a HUGE issue with MyPoints and have
I am having a HUGE issue with MyPoints and have eMailed them twice so far with ZERO response. Somehow their system redeemed a gift certificate I did not want, did not choose, did not confirm, and never even received. I have contacted them begging for them to figure out what the hell happened and to reinstate my points. I get crickets. No response, not even an acknowledgement of my inquiry or a ticket number, which I've always gotten in the past. I don't know what their problem is but they need to fix it asap. I have been a member for almost 20 years and have never had such problems.
