when people phone from Nashua Mobile they are sweet and after you have taken the contract it is your own problem. They will send you from pillar to post. Since in the morning till in the afternoon are unable to solve my simple problem. When you phone upgrade people they will say it is not their problem and transferred you client services and vice versa. the will tell to phone smart work. Is there any one who is willing to help

8/16/2013 Double charged by Nashua Mobile
Double charged by Nashua Mobile and nothing is being done about it.

Good morning On the 25th of July 2013 a double amount was debited from my account and I immediately called your accounts department to find out why. I was told there was a problem with the billing service and it will be sorted out. A day after I received a sms to say that the problem is sorted and the money will be placed back into my account. About a week went by and nothing was done. I then called your accounts department and spoke to Rudolph Matsie and he assured me things are being sorted immediately. After another week I called again and spoke to a person named Jonathan. He checked on the system and said he found the problem and he will rectify it. I was told the money will be in my account within 7 days. I called again this morning and I was told for the third time that the money will be in my account within 7 days. I'm really frustrated with the type of service I'm getting. I was sent a sms 2 months ago that I must pay cash at any Nashua Mobile shop and suddenly money gets debited by your company from my account and now I have to struggle to get my own money back. This is ridicules to say the least. I will take this matter further if I have to. David

9/28/2012 Nashua Mobile - I was one of the "lucky" who recieved the Galaxy
I was one of the "lucky" who recieved the Galaxy S3 on a MTN 200 Top Up with75mb per month. Now the problem that I have never recieved the 75mb as per the contract I am in. Went to my Middelburg MP Nashua brunch to raise this issue and my brunch consultant then called Nashua Head Office who informed her that the 75mb were uploaded which gave the impression that I am dishonest. What annoys me most is that I have been a loyal Nashua mobile customer for 11years and being short changed and disrespected like this means that Nashua nolonger cares for me as their customer and that I should take my cellphone business alse where.

Well first of all my "application form"which turns out to be my contract is filled with rubbish!!!!! I haven't even had my phone a full 2 months and already its giving probs since day 5!!!!!! Then the ppl who helped me with the phone lied about payments that I would have to make,and only after everything was signed they sprung the truth on me??????????? Extra costs for this and that!!!! What a load of bs man!!!!!!I want my contract cancelled,I don't want a new phone,I want it cancelled!!!! Then the consultant lied about everything,payments ect?????
