I SENT CROSS BOW SCOPE TO BE REPAIRED TO LOS ANGELES CA. Customer service was horrible. They person I spoke with knew nothing. He was reading the manual that I had already read, and was making me feel as if I was dumb. I wanted to know why my zoom was not working and why my camera was taking so long to focus/take a picture and he told me I don't know how to use my camera. I will NEVER buy another Nikon camera again.

Add me to the list of folks who think Nikon's customer service stinks. I have been trying to get information about a pair of binoculars (specifically if they can be repaired. I made three calls to their repair service (800-645-6687)and each time I spent over 10 minutes (not including the time wading through the prompts, listening to insipid music and never getting to a person. I tried the New York number, too. That (after more prompts and several minutes) got me connected to a recording that asked for information for a call-back, which I left - but I haven't heard back yet. This company is contemptuous of its customers. I really wonder if the brass in New York (Nikon USA) is aware of the problems so many folks are having. Seems like they are working hard to lose customers!

I am trying to register my camera for warranty, have called your number and was transfered to different departments and no one answers was on hold for over 10 minutes. I tried to enter my info on line and was not able to find the correct screen. Not very customer friendly. Very disappointed with customer service line.

4/7/2012 Nikon Service - I bought A Nikon Coolpix S4300. In the quick start
I bought A Nikon Coolpix S4300. In the quick start guide it shows you the packing list basically the contents to whats supposed to be in the box. I got 1 lithium ion battery, 1 little strap to connect so you can wrap the camera around your wrist, Also I got one usb cable. What was missing was the Cord To Connect your camera to your TV the Audio Video Jacks And As Well The Charger / Plug the usb cord into the charger wasn't present. I took the camera back to the store and they wouldn't return it due to missing items. Than I call Nikon Currently on the phone with them now and they will not send me a replacement part I'm asking to speak to a supervisor now but they will not even let you do that. Finally I got to speak to one and they are stating that they cant replace it id have to buy it for 39.99. Thankfully I have a cool pix s4000 that will work for the av cable and im just going to buy a general wall charger thats usb for the output and use that vrs paying 39.99 for something that was supposed to be originally in the box. That is ridiculous this company sucks for customer support I will never buy another Nikon Product or recommend one to anyone ever again.....
