SURPRISE OF SUPRISES!! I have been buying new Nissans since the 1980s and have always been lucky
to received excellent results from the Nissan PEOPLE INVOLVED. While waiting a bit for some responses to
my issues, I took the time to read all the negative comments above to pass the time. I must admit to becoming
quite cynical after 20 minutes of waiting/reading.

However, my assisting representative, Raquel 4701, warned me ahead of time that my issue would require me to
be on hold for a bit. I appreciated her warning and efforts to clarify my issue immensely, even after being on the line for so long. She followed through as promised and the effort should be complimented. Thank you Raquel and no thanks to the Robot system that Nissan thinks can handle CUSTOMER-PEOPLE ISSUES.

My 2014 Maxima was totaled on March 25, 2016 and was paid in full by my insurance company and my gap coverage. Nissan reported to the credit bureau that my account was discharge and not paid in full by the insurance companies. They have very rude employees and they are a bunch of incompetent people. I will never ever by another Nissan product.

March 14, 2016.....tick tock...I have been on the phone for 48 minutes waiting for a real person to answer my call!!

2/19/2016 Nissan Credit (NMAC) - I pay by mail. Never received a statement
I pay by mail. Never received a statement for February. Why is it impossible to find a HUMAN who can tell me the address for NMAC. I called the dealership and they don't have a clue. That is pathetic. Horrible customer service. Also, why is it that a company as big as Nissan doesn't have online bill paying with no charge. I have owned many vehicles in my life and this is the worst experience I have ever had. I will NEVER purchase another Nissan. In fact, I think I'll go trade mine today, instead of making a payment.

I called and was put on hold 35 minutes by the recording and still no human to speak to. I also tried several other numbers and still no answer. Don't know how to speak with anyone at this company! Would like to add too that this wasn't an isolated incident. Every time I have called I am put on hold for way too long before I have to hang up. Very Frustrating. How can a company as big as Nissan be this pathetic! I am ready to sell my automobile so I won't have to deal with them anymore!

1/11/2014 Nissan Credit (NMAC) - Nissan Maxima values have dropped off the charts
Went today to Orr Nissan Searcy to trade in my 2012 maxima. Was shocked to find out that the resale value has dropped off the chart. It's obviously not true what I was told about Nissan when it comes to holding their trade-in value! Only have 17344 miles on my car and Orr offered me $2500.00 below average trade-in according to every web site in the world about trading cars! Was told at Orr that Nissan had such high incentives on the new 2014's that my car was worth much less than the web sites ALL say. I guess Nissan doesn't care about repeat business. What about all of us that were first time Nissan buyers and later want to trade in our cars? Obviously we're not important anymore! We sure were important when we were buying the first time. Don't see any way I could ever buy another Nissan. Hope you guys have plenty of sales right now because when people like me start trying to trade their cars in they are going to be hugely disappointed like I just was. Well that's sad because I really like the Nissan products.
After this Maxima you have lost a potential lifetime customer. Only thing I can do is voice my opinion and return to buying AMERICAN, what I should have done in the first place. So long Nissan!!

Waited on hold for 20 min and then the customer service representative told me that there was no way that she could help me with my problem. I would have to take care of it on my own through the website. Not helpful at all since I have no access to a computer right now. I am very annoyed that I just wasted my lunch break.
