9/26/2016 NJ Transit Phone Number - You can't trust NYTransit want to give minus 5
You can't trust NYTransit want to give minus 5 stars . From Meadowlands to Seacucus Station after Giant Game with a prepaid ticket which you have to purchase, stood with zillions of people on the train for 40 mins for a 10 min ride.. the ticket was for the only game day connecting train to Penn Station to take us to New Haven .. after 40 mins the train arrived with the connecting train long gone. Had to wait another 40 mins for a train to Penn and then get another ticket for Amtrak.. When I called to complain they blamed it on amtrak maintenance service. Easy thing to do blame the other guy. all they had to do at the Meadowlands was tell the many fans that there were issues and that the only train that theY would miss the only timed train at Penn. We could have gotten other transportation to Penn. Governor Christie just likes to keep people in his state. Who runs this railroad anyway.. We can't get our money back and hopefully football fans will not use NJ transit with the hope of getting home in a timely fashion. Shame on you customer service for not being customer service just blame the other guy... PS Don't use the rails at Meadowlands you won't arrive any time soon. Oh BUT YOU CAN USE YOUR TICKET FOR CONFETTI WHEN YOU CHEER ON YOUR TEAM.

3/10/2016 NJ Transit Phone Number - I have never used NJ transit bus service before
I have never used NJ transit bus service before so I have several questions. I want to ride the 400 bus into Camden for jury duty. I'm 70 years old and I would like to know the cost of the fare one way I know it has to be in exact change but does it have to be in coins only. Do all of the 400 buses travel south on route 168. I will be boarding the bus at the Lower Landing Rd and 168 stop north in Blackwood and returning from Camden to dismount at the same stop at Lower landing Rd and 168 stop south in Blackwood later in the day. Any information you could give me would be greatly appreciated. Please help this old gent out. Thank you.

1/27/2016 NJ Transit Phone Number - I wanted to take the train to Broad Street
I wanted to take the train to Broad Street Station, New Jersey from Penn Station, Manhattan. I went to the ticket booth and purchased from an agent (not the machine) a round trip ticket and asked the agent which train to take. She told me if I was ready now I should got to Track 4 and take the 6:14 p.m. train to Broad Street Station. I went to track 4 and asked an agent standing on the platform if this was the right train for Broad Street Station and she said yes, so I boarded and took a seat. When the conductor came around and asked for my ticket, I asked her how long until the Broad Street Station stop and she told me 20 minutes. At the first stop I asked the passenger sitting next to me if this was the Board Street Station stop and several passengers told me this train does not stop at Broad Street. I tracked down the conductor who had taken my ticket and told me it was 20 minutes to Broad Street. I told her the passengers said this train does not stop at Broad Street. She now told me they were right and I needed to get off at Brick Church where we were stopped, go to the other platform and take a train back to Broad Street because this train did not stop at Braod Street. I went to the other platform and heard several announcements of trains being canceled but no announcements of when trains were coming. I tried to read the train schedule posted by the waiting area but it is illegible. A man who looked to be on drugs came up and asked for money. I had no idea where I was, I had no idea when a train would be coming back and it was cold outside. I waited 20-30 minutes and a train came and it was the right one to get me back to Broad Street station. There was a couple who I talked to who had the same thing happen. Why would 3 different representatives lie to me?
