I recently suffered from 'POWER SURGES' effecting my home. I couldn't speak to a human being, as it occured over the weekend. On Monday morning, I was able to speak to a LIVE HUMAN BEING! UNBELIEVABLE!!! A real person! Within two hours, two NSTAR service trucks were in front of my home. I, or you, could NOT ask for more Professional, Courteous, Understanding, Safety Concious, Well-mannered, Informative, Polite, Knowledgeable Absolute PROFESSIONALS! Couldn't ask for better service or people!!!! Complete PRO'S!!!

8/23/2012 NSTAR - My power was shut down, when they had already
My power was shut down, when they had already received the payment. I called to resolve the matter and everyone that I spoke to was beyond rude. I explained to them that I have a baby and I needed my power back on, they did not seem to care. I'm going to get in contact with the right person to complain and get this stituated.. This company needs to better their customer service and their way of doing business!!!

11/1/2011 NSTAR - I understand that many people are without power
I understand that many people are without power but it makes absolutly no sense that you can sign up for status updates with NSTAR, yet NSTAR never sends them. It also makes no sense that the crew shows up on a clear (no trees in the way) street to assess for the first time 24 hours after the report, brings additional wires down onto the sidewalk and leaves for two days without actually fixing anything. At this point we deserve a real update!!!!
